Repair Nikon Electronic Dry Cabinet

I have a 4 years old Nikon electronic dry cabinet that&#39;s no working anymore - no electricity. I am from JB, anyone know where can I send it for repair? Should I send to Nikon by way of camera shop, or normal home electronic appliance repair shop will do fine? My main concern is workmanship, then cost. I can just bring back to Sporean Nikon where it&#39;s bought, but when I carry it back, i might be charged by the JB customs for tax. cuz they might insist saying it&#39;s a new item, because it still look new. What is my best appraoch? Any advice is welcome... <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->
