ABOUT THE ROLE
Support the Group CFO and fulfil finance & office administration functions. Your primary responsibilities include;
• Financial reporting and preparation of monthly / yearly Financial Statements
• Reconciliation of month end / year end Trial Balance
• Forecasting Profit & Loss and Cash Flows
• Payroll and preparing Tax reconciliations and payment
• Office administration and supporting the Regional Director – Asia and staffs

Further, it is anticipated that this role will add value to the finance & administration function by;
• Business process improvements and projects
• Accounting package uptake and integration
• Supporting the Group CFO and Regional Director – Asia with projects

ABOUT YOU AND THE SKILLS REQUIRED
The following skills are required to fulfil this role;
• Job Experience (2 years minimum) relevant to the role and industry (preferably)
• LCCI or equivalent accounting qualification
• MYOB experience (preferably) or similar accounting package
• Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook proficiency
• Payroll and Payroll related Taxes
• Be concise in all forms of communication, written and oral
• Work autonomously and efficiently
• English language, both written and oral
