How to limit bandwidth

hi. i wanna ask simple question about limiting bandwidth. i use streamyx and i have 5 pc connecting using this line using wireless adapter. lately, i'm having problem cus someone in my office use the bandwidth to dwload files.

so, how to limit a bandwidth usage, let say 20KB/s only..

Help me troubleshoot my hardware

ok. i have a problem regarding dead mobo. 1st, i use ecs mobo socket am2 and it suddenly died during power on. nothing appear on screen, cpu fan running but nothing can be seen, not even a beep sound. try the mobo on another system n unfortunately the mobo confirm rip..

note: one week earlier, i try changing the bios setting. nothing hardcore, i just go into bios, change nothing, safe n exit. n nothing appear on screen but i can boot normally after i reset the cmos... not sure it is related or not, but it worth mention!!!

-i suspect something wrong with my system. i can't believe my mobo just died randomly, so i test another mobo using same hardware.

-using the same hardware (casing, ram,hdd,dvd,psu,etc), i test my system with another mobo. it boot normally. try changing setting in bios, just to make sure the relation between bios n my dead mobo... nothing weird happened... the next day, try another testing, save bios setting, reboot n my nightmare appear again!!!. nothing on screen!. oh gosh. same symptom!. reset cmos... n guess what. same thing happened earlier. mobo dead. cpu fan running but nothing on screen!...

so i manage to discover it all cause by my rig but which one!!! i need your help to identified/eliminate which hardware is suppose to be a problem!. what do u guys think?. too many possibilities. the list of harware/part that take into consideration:-

-hdd
-dvdrom
-ram
-vga card
-psu
-casing
-power cable/plug
-sata/ide cable

my wild guess, maybe psu or casing that cause a short circuit!... is it possible ram cause a short circuit like my situation?

usb 2.0 driver on vista

hi.i'm building new rig for my fren using biostar G31-M7 TE mobo (intel chipset g31).
installing vista without any problem but there are no usb 2.0 available in device driver. all my usb were installed with usb 1.1. everytime i connect usb device, vista will notify about there are no usb 2.0 available... sigh

already uninstalled all usb device driver and reinstall chipset driver but still the same.. plz help

check this site for new blackbox clone based on bblean (bbclean)...

utbox is really great bblean mod. current version seem stable and it include additional features. i will post my style later. u can design almost everything...
u can change:
-menu icons and design as shown in above screenshot (including size, appearance, font, etc)
-taskbar icon and design (u can design the taskbar freely and rearrange the position of starmenu icon, date, and quicklaunch)
-transparency of the windows/taskbar

pc auto on by itself

i make a new rig with abit lg-95c but it auto on by itself without even pushing the power switch (chasis switch)... it really annoying... plz help... i already disconnect the pwr switch wire from my mobo but it still auto on...

hi. i just change my pc casing with new casing, but sadly i got problem. pc hang in bios with looping beep.. it stay in bios option but i can't do anything, i have recheck my connection but i can't figured it out why... i already try differnt ram, still the same. remove ide connection, remove my agp card, nothing change... i need help here..
