Hey guys, I got a white NDSL for sale. The unit comes with box, manuals, extra stylus. I'm also selling it together with a unit of R4 with 2GB Micro SD card. There is a minor hinge crack on the left side but I can assure you it is barely noticeable. Apparently early white color NDSL batches are very prone to hinge cracks. Need Advice and Suggestions

Hey guys. I need some advise and suggestions on body building and gaining weight. Here are my statistics and a brief summary of my lifestyle.

AGE: 20
HEIGHT: 5'10 (Can someone help me convert his to cm) oh and (I hunch too)
WEIGHT: 55kg

Ok heres the summary. I haven't been exercising at all for the past almost 6 months. Not even simple exercises. I face the PC almost the whole day and I only take 5-8 minute walks with my dog if thats even considered exercising. I sleep at 5am everyday and I wake up around 3pm for lunch. In retrospect, I have my lunch at 3pm, dinner at 8 and sometimes mild supper/mamak sessions. That probably sums up as 2 meals per day only. Yes yes I know I'm not eating enough and all so I need some advise from you guys on what to eat, what time to eat, what exercises to do and etcetra. Wanna try to improve my lifestyle but it would help a lot if you guys could gimme some pointers and guideline.

PC Won't Startup

Hey guys, I'm having a particular problem with my PC.
I left it on 2days straight without turning it off and some symptoms happened.
On the 2nd day of the pc's `no turn off` marathon, my speakers suddenly got no sound coming out of it. I changed to another speaker but there was still no sound.
Sensing it was my Windows fault, I restarted the computer and the restart didnt happen. My pc just shutdown-ed.

I tried hard restarting the pc again but nothing came out.
There were no beeps, all the fans are running (proc, casing fan and graphic card fan).
I suspect something overheated so I'd like to know what you guys think?

Btw I'm using an Asus P5K-SE Mobo and a MSI 8800GT graphics card. Silverstone 500W PSU.

[WTA] Parts Recommendation For A New Rig

Hey guys, I am planning on getting a new CPU this week.
Going to get the C2DE6750 for around RM600
Planning to get 8800GT for my GPU but don't know what brand to get. Planning to spend around 850-900 on this?

Only stuff left are Mobo, Casing, PSU, RAM and HDD.
So I need some recommendations and advices from you guys on what to get and what to avoid.
I got a budget of around 2k(yes including the C2DE6750 and 8800GT). It's ok if the budget exceeds a little but hopefully nothing above 2.5k

Hey guys, I'm planning to re-roll a Blood Elf Warlock but have no idea what server I should go on.

I would prefer a server with local people although that isn't exactly necessary as long as I can find some local friends then it's alright

Would prefer a PVP server with a balanced amount of players on both sides. (Not like Thaurissan's 3:1 Horde:Alliance ratio)

Oceanic or US is not a problem, either one will do.

So yup that's all, just need some recommendations or invitations (maybe?) from you guys
