Can't display Wordpress Fav icon

I try to set a fav icon for my new wordpress blog, but not able to achieve it. I check a lot of tutorial said, just need to put the following code into header.php will do:

<link rel=”shortcut icon” href=”http://viz4u.net/blog/wp-content/themes/magaling/images/favico.png” />

I place the code within <head></head> tag, by right it should be working cause it seems pretty straight forward, but it didn't work. First thought might be theme problem, but after I swap to the default theme, it still not working.

Anyone has any clue to solve this problem?

I've been momentarily a fan of OneRepublic and we all knew that they almost became a one-hit wonder with "Apologise". Thanks to "Stop and Stare", "Say (All I Need)" and "Mercy". They've relentlessly ended all the speculations about their longevity. OneRepublic is one heck of a band and they've got the best melodies, lyrics and the most insightful live performances everyone's ever heard of. Well, their frontman, Ryan Tedder hadn't been away from the limelight. He's making airwaves as a music producer of today's top hits from today's top pop artists. That's an accomplishment to say the least but we wonder, where the heck is OneRepublic?

The brand new single, titled "All The Right Moves" has been making sounds over the internet over the past few days. and I'm lucky enough to get promotional copy of it. The single, does quite make a leap from their past few tracks to hit the radio. It's more rock-sounding compared to Apologize but not very rambunctious compared to some tracks in the album. There's still heaviness which is present on most Ryan Tedder tracks. But having said that, looks like the outcome is quite positive. The words are compelling, each line sang with sincerity and thoughtfulness. The overall product is astounding, breathtaking and absolutely stunning in every aspect.

Who couldn't resist a good pop/rock song nowadays right? I hope this will put OneRepublic back to the place where they belong.

Catch the single when it comes out September 22, 2009 on Mainstream radio. The single is also off from their newest LP, "Waking Up". Scheduled for a November 17, 2009 release.

Control what ads to be displayed from Adsense?

Let say my blog is about music, but often found out there's a lot of non-releated ads been displayed on the Adsnese ads which I place in my blog, those totally non-related to my blog content ads sure will never get clicked by the visitor, is there anyway for me to setup that only allow music ads to be displayed in the ads unit?

The video streaming site that I mention here are those totally legal in content (not those China website with QVOD streaming + downloading). Obviously YouTube will be the first choice for everyone, but with those unreasonable restriction for a lot videos to be view by in Malaysia (can always see the stupid YouTube message said this video is not available in your country ), there's definitely some other site to be considered when you decide to view or uploading video, so which is your favorite video streaming site after YouTube?
