[WTR] Room down stair

Double storey house (72, ss25/4)
Walking distance to Kelana LRT Station (very near. Can reach within 5 minutes and can board the train)

Room Facilies: (basically the room is empty)
1.) Aircond room
2.) Ceiling fan
3.) Sliding door
4.) Personal bathroom outside the room

Sharing facilities:
1.) Washing machine
2.) Streamyx
3.) Cooking stove (gas on sharing basic)
4.) Sofa
5.) Dining table
6.) Fridge
7.) Kitchen cabinet

Parking space:
currently one of the tenants parks her car inside the house.
If your car is small size, you can discuss with her. But there’s a lot of parking space opposite and beside the road.

House environment:
1. House is facing a small playground/park.
2. Centre of food galore. (There’s King Crab Restaurant, mien tian food court, house behind is mamak restaurant, MacroPizza, walk for 5 minutes and there is the old Lim Kok Wing building and there’s another place to eat like William.)
3. There a fish pond in the house ……. if you like fishes.
4. There are 3 free shuttle buses to 3 shopping complex.
i) Ikano power centre (which link to Ikea, Tesco, the curve, cineleisure, Ikana Power Centre)
ii) One U (but you need to have one card. We all got. So you can borrow from us)
iii) Tropicana Mall
5. Under the Kelana Jaya LRT station, is the mini bus hub for rapid KL. You can take a lot of buses to many places.

Rental is RM300 (excluding utilities bill.)
All the other bills and stuff like electricity, water, indah water, garbage collection is on sharing basic.

Current tenant is 2 guys and one girl.
All working adults and Chinese.

2 months security deposit and one month utilities deposit and one month advance payment for the month you move it.

Calculation start on 1st July 2009 but you can move in on 28th June 2009.

What we prefer
Chinese only. (no offence mean but just the preference of the tenants in the house)
Preferably female working adult.
1. Must be ok with pets because we have one which is 3 rabbits and occasionally doves.
2. Must be clean and willing to help with the house chores. Some of the tenants are cleanliness freak if you get what I mean.
3. Friendly as we are very close to each other but if you are those MYOB type it’s ok.
4. Non-smoker

Suggestion for a pet

Hello, pet experts.
i know this question may sound silly but i hope to get some guide as to the type of pet that i can adopt.

living alone sometimes is boring so i was thinking that maybe i could adopt a pet to accompany me.
i wan to adopt a pet but don really know what kind to begin with.

due to my working environment I don know what pet should I adopt.
As a programmer, sometimes my works require me to stay late and sometimes, I'm quite free.

From Monday to Friday, I need to go to work from 9.00 to 6.00.
Saturday and Sunday basically is quite free for me and boring. That's the reason I wan to get a pet to accompany me.
I've being lurking in this section for sometimes but not really sure what to begin with, so I start up this thread hoping to get some suggestion.

At first I was thinking about a dog or cat but dog and cat require a lot of attention. I'm afraid that I won't be able to give them as I Monday to Friday I'm quite busy.
As for snake and other exotic creature, it is not my preferences. Looking at them is cool but keeping them... I scare they will come and bite me. No offences.
Then I shift to a more passive pet, fish and water plant. They are just too passive.
I even consider gerbil and rabbit but i scare my living environment would not be suitable for them as I live in apartment. There isn't much space for them to have fun.

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

How effective is Online Jobs Recommender Agents?

A very good day I bid to everyone.
I'm a student undergoing my final semester and I'm required to do a research.
My research is about the online Recommender Agent (RA) for jobs application.
Online Jobs Recommender Agent (OJRA) had being in the existent for some times.
Some of the most commonly known agents in Malaysia and Singapore are JobsDB (Jobs Database) and JobStreet.
How benefits this agents are and how efficient is the system used?
Please help me to make the poll and give some comment about it.
Is there any enhancement that anyone of you wishes to have and what is the weakness in the current system?
Please feel free to give your comment and I'm taking it all into my concern

therefore, people do not prefer to use it as it seem less reliable and accurate.
Too little details is displayed online.
is this one of the reason lead to the weakness of OJRA?

Hardisk problem. Help please.

Hello. Can somebody help me?
My hardisk don't know it's crashed or not because when I plug in the hardisk, it give out response like it is still functioning.
What I mean is the hardisk is giving out sound and there are still some vibration which mean the fan is still functioning. But when I open up the computer, I can not find it. When I test it using external hardisk, the computer can detect it. The computer show "found new hardware" and "the hardware is already being install and ready to use". But when I search in My Computer I can not find it.
My hardisk is Maxtor 250GB. When I brought it for warranty, they replace a new one for me.
I have some important item inside and I don't want a new one. I want my data inside. Is there a way to recover it?
