Item being sold/bought: Semi-faulty SE P1i that cant be charged due to a faulty charger port.Phones discharges itself if put in new battery.

Details of the complaint : He sold me a faulty phone claiming its fully working.The charger port is busted so the phone cannot be charged even with other charger.I tried the charger he gave me on other phone and its faulty too!!!! Surely during COD you cant test the charger and I only found out the problem at home.

Initially I threatened to post up all his details here if he does not refund RM30 for fixing the charger port as it will cost me RM60 so I only want him to pay half of the repair fee.

I sent him a pm on October 6 2009 stating the problem.Before that,two sms was sent to his phone number.No reply and when I got hold of his details and threaten him,straight away he reply me.

He promised to refund Rm30 to my account on October 6 2009 and on October 12 I checked my account but no money is deposited.Pm him again and he gave a stupid reason saying his wife deposit into wrong account.(HELLO I gave sms my account number dude)

He later promise to bank in money again on Oct 25 2009 but again,no response.So I rush him by pming him.

On October 30,he say his wife bank in already.Since I was busy,I only able to check the money yesterday on November 11.To my amazement this fellow can just bluff like that thinking I am stupid and wont go check the balance.

Pissed off,I sms him on the spot and screw him.He wants to keep the money go ahead.Its just RM30.If its that hard to just pay me back,keep it.I dont give a damn anymore.You all have been warned

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 23 – Graduates who pass with a first class honours or equivalent will have their National Higher Education Fund (PTPTN) loans converted into scholarships, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak said today.

The finance minister told Parliament when tabling Budget 2010 today it was part of the government’s efforts to reward top students.

Najib also announced the setting up of merit-based scholarships for best 30 students.

“These scholarship recipients will further their education in world renowned universities,” he said.

Beginning next year, a total of 100,000 local university students will be provided with portable computers with broadband service for only RM50 per month for two years.

“This package is cheaper than the current market price,” said Najib. “Priority will be given to first year students and those from low-income families.”

Najib also said that a total of RM30 billion will be allocated for primary and secondary education which will benefit some 5.5 million students.

The sum includes RM1.6 billion for the construction of 80 new schools as well as 1,100 additional blocks and 347 school replacement projects.

“This allocation is for the construction of national primary and secondary schools, government-aided religious schools, national-type Chinese and Tamil schools and mission schools,” said Najib.

He added that an additional RM1.1 billion will also be provided to upgrade and refurbish schools, especially in Sabah and Sarawak.

How to log out my lowyat account in my sold PC

I just sold off one of my PC with my account still logged on on the Mozilla browser.How can I log out my account from that specific PC knowing that the buyer may impersonate me and use my account if he keeps logged on to my account?

I cant find any settings here that can do so and even sending a new validation email only logs me out on this PC but not on other browser.

Waja aircond compressor magnetic clutch fall off

I was travelling back from KL yesterday and suddenly heard a loud thunk sound and then aircond suddenly blowing hot air and not cold anymore.I thought something snap or broke so I switch off the aircond until I reach Ipoh.

When I send it to my mechanic,bladdy hell he told me my air-cond compressor magnetic clutch actuator fell off so now my compressor cannot turn on

The electromagnetic clutch actuator is a rotor that engages and disengage the compressor from the drivetrain when not in use.Think of it as the on/off switch on a compressor.

Sadly my trusty mechanic dont do aircond system and recommended me another place to do it.Damn hope I dont get potong.

Any other unlucky with this problem care to give me a quotation on the price to replace the missing part?

Sick with the stupid GPU heatsink fan

I have an old graphic card Nvidia Fx5500 with a GPU heatsink+fan on it.Lately the fan been giving a lot of stupid noise possibly to due to faulty bearing.Is there any remedy to fix it like spraying the fan with WD40.And if I want to change the GPU fan,can I just change the fan or I have to change the whole heatsink?

recommendation for car wax

I am planning on giving my car a good polish considering the paint looks quite dull and not shiny anymore.(I have been neglecting it alot).

I just came back from a car accessories shop and saw countless number of different brand of polish and wax product.May I have recommendation of good polishing product that are non-abrasive type.Is it necessary to do claying before polishing?

So far I have this brands in mind, Waxco Luster 911,Soft99 Wax(japanese brand) blue can bottle,cyber car polish,marx car polish.Someone recommended Meguiers product and Turtle brand but they are quite expensive.

Another question I wanna ask is what are actually Wash and wax product.Does it actually perform the same function as washing and waxing.They are quite cheap and someone told me its good enough for the average joe and they are cheap.

Some brand I encoutered are Magic Wash and Wax,cyber Wash And Wax,Waxco Wash and Shine,Waxco Snow Wash
