As I read the 66 pages of "Crime In Malaysia" thread on RWI

I found out that thread is full of rants, crime breaking news, ppls experiences about crime, "Owning a gun will reduce the crime" - pros/cons arguments,
"hike a hit man for RM2k to kill Samy Vellu" shits, and many more shitty poops taik talk but there is very less clear and simple facts on HOW TO PREVENT CRIME.

Either RWI ppls English is very powderfull until I cannot understand what they typing or they're just great on ~~talking shit/shitty~~ arguments,
I think we on /K/opitiam have many many many superior brains that can think and share a simple facts/links on how to prevent crime in general.

Make it simple please so every stupid person like me and our lovely PDRM can understand it easily,

Over nine thousand (yes 9000!!) ppl play DotA around the world.

I think /k/ should start play DotA.

Q: How popular is DotA and why?

Icefrog : It is very hard to give an exact answer to that because there are so many different communities around the world with their own private servers, download sites and gaming centers. Some players do not download from getdota.com because they are either in a LAN or they have their own community sites local to their country for faster access, so a pure download count doesn't really cover it. A rough estimation from recent download counts would put it in the 5-8 million range. The game has been growing stronger each month, especially in Asia and South America as of late.
For the why, I think it is due to word of mouth. When someone genuinely enjoys a game and feels that it has a lot of depth and things to learn, they tend to tell their friends about it to join in with them without any marketing needed. It is because of this that the game is able to reach such a wide audience.

Hi guys,

I'm looking for software that can auto restart/shutdown pc if 1 of my running programs is closed by someone.

Example: My pc running mIRC32.exe and suddenly my little brother closed it and the auto shutdown/restart software will force-restart/shutdown my pc.

If someone have codes or something other than software that can do this also will be highly appreciated.

On my HJT log, Deep Freeze or DF5Serve.exe is a disk protection to preserve the exact original standard system configuration to this pc.

I have doubt on C:\WINDOWS\system\logo_1.exe but this things has affected about 30-50 comps..

I'm hoping someone will help me to figure out what is this thing and how to solve it.

Any anti-virus recommendation or manual methods to solve and delete it are mostly welcome.

Hi there, here goes my noob question.

It seems I can't find any thread (or I'm stupid in LYN search engine) about how to connect DVD Player to PC.

Is there any way that I can connect the DVD Player to the PC without ever need to unplug the DVD Player from PC ever again?

I'm really stupid about something regarding wires and cables. It makes me headache.

Can someone pls guide me? or paste a related links or pictures or anything..

What I still don't get is how to connect it without ever unplug it again,

I have to use some splitter or something?

Or got normal cable to make it connect forever?

Hello all, this morning I've got this Online Security Guard & Security Troubleshooting or SpyLocked.

This thing stick to my Cyber Cafe's computer (working place),

maybe customer downloaded it,

The computers in my CC actually got a "Chinese Recovery Software" (I don't know the name) that will remove all downloaded items,

but this thing seems like cannot be delete and still inside the pc after I restart the computer.

I also try to remove it from 'Add or Remove Programs', the spyware/program is removed but after restarting the com it's still there again..

This spyware/program keep linking my IE to www.asafetywarning.com asking me to download the things there and many pop-ups appears after I removed it..

At tray, "System Alert: Malware threats" message also appears.

Since I'm in comps hardwares field, I'm stewpid in Malware/Virus/Softwares things and still learning bout it..

I've tried this Crap Cleaner, yet the spyware or what you like to call is still there,

Hope somebody can help me with this..

Just curious to learning this small things.

Just wondering if it's out there because according to my technician's friend,
no software can bypass it, but I don't believe it because it's just a software.
