Disable athlete langgar me last Friday

That day I jog in the evening at the track,i thought its just another typical day for me when i notice theres disable athlete with cool looking sports wheelchair whatever.
I gave way to the fella so i slow down my pace and off he went,i proceed my jog...and then i heard the athlete sports wheelchair's wheel sound 'kruk kruk kruk' from behind(very fast moving),i thought ok he'll overtake me when suddenly boom!

Couple of joggers passby saw it but buat taktau

He mention he bow down and didnt look in front of him when he paddle the wheel,he did say sorry (got his trainer there too) but i say its ok.

I feel pain towards my left calf/leg(cuts and bruised),right elbow,right knee but i continue jog outside the track around campus(scare kena langgar again),let him train at the track since next day the fella mention he'll be in asean competition for disable athlete,i wish him good luck on his competition

Note: just wanna mention that im not good at interpret or write a long story,broken english is broken.Move on...

Last friday my friend(friend A) invite me join them to go to LKW campus,at first i was hesitated(lazy change cloth,im in my boxer) and then within minutes i change my mind because i think if I go atleast i got story to tell and gain new experience.

The reason my friend A wanna go there is because that particular day celcom staff members promote the UOX package(im noob about hp) while giving away 3 free tickets by winning games.

Arrived there around 1.30pm I was surprise the way LKW student dress,very fashionable compare with my campus students,that day i mostly saw foreign students and only few local students...i look here and there awed like budak kampung baru sampai bandar.

About 30 minutes later the MC who is one of the celcom staff announce the game competition.

So the MC said the game require 8 volunteers,my friend A raised his hand without 2nd thought,suddenly MC notice me and my another friend(friend B) and said "you all 3 come to the stage! come!" friend B was like "what the...aww mang" and no intention to go on stage.I calm myself down by chanting mali mali om and told myself dont worry no one from here recognize me anyway.

Nervous because it was my 1st time step foot into LKW campus and been call to go on stage

Today I went for jog in the morning at stadium track,minutes later a female jogger appear from behind and before i know it she able to catch up and now shes in front,I was like "dohoho u wanna race jog is it"

In the end I cant catch up as she has more stamina and quicker than me

so i went back to my apartment...

Need help - water get inside my ear

Yesterday I went for swimming(first time in 3 years) and water get inside my ear,until today i still cannot get rid of the water,feel like got 'blockage' inside my right ear.

I've tried the old school method drop few waters inside the ear and 3 seconds later quickly tilt my head so the water drop,still nothing.I've also tried pinch my nose,close my mouth and do as if i'm inside water holding my breath,that work a little bit only...i'm sure this can cause possible damage towards ear or brain watever.

Never happen to me before,hearing blockage for a day...now I'm worried this gonna be permanent

any help from regular swimmer would be appreciated(i googled and some website suggest drop few vinegar or vodka but i dont have those stuff)

Everything was normal then and only recently I have this problem,no idea what happen because i didn't download any softwares and now whenever i'm surfing internet,watch movies or youtube vid theres a lagging...first time having this problem.

I already googled to find the solution but it doesnt solve my problem so lyn is my last resort,i'm worry my pc will kong.

Any help would be appreciated.

I never join any CS prelims before so this is my first time,hope someone who have experience and been to the event give me some tips to do or not to do ka,anything.
