Starting a restaurant business

Hi guys, I'm actually conducting a study on starting a restaurant business somewhere either in a shopping mall or in a stand alone independent shop.

I'm only 19 ):

So can you please help me out by letting me know

What are all the legal necessities of running a restaurant. What are the permits/licesnes and fees which I have to apply for/pay before I can start my business

As far as I know

I have to register my company with the SSM (suruhanjaya syarikat malaysia)

Then i have to apply for a license from the local municipal council

Halal certification (if necessary)

what else is therE? please enlighten. I will appreciate all the help given, thanks a lot in advance.

Battery prob or?

This is the story

This morning, I started my Honda City I-DSI and went for a short drive. Then I came back and waited outside my house in P with my handbrakes on. The radio was on, the aircond was on.

Suddenly, the radio re-setted. Some lights on the dashboard appeard also (the lights which usually come on when I start the car) so I'm assuming the car restarted. At first I thought it was the radio problem so I turned it off. Then it happened again.

So I removed my keys and turned off the car. I wanted to restart the car but I couldnt. No sound whatsoever. I cant even on the emergency indicators or lock or unlock my car with the remote. I could however, manually unlock the car and open the door without the alarm coming on at all.

After a few minutes, I could lock and unlock the car with my remote.

So now I start the car back and leave it to idle in P. After awhile, it sort of "restarts" again and when I remove my key, I cant start my car again. I wait a few minutes, and I can lock/unlock and start my car and basically do anything

But when I start it again, the "restarting" happens.

Does anyone haf any clue? ):

Is it a faulty battery connection
Or..

I tried moving the battery terminals (not the red one, the exposed one) and it could move (is it supposed to be able to move? or is it loose).

The only thing I can think of now is that when the car idles, the vibration in the engine somehow makes the battery terminal connection loose and it 'restarts' my car.

Please help ):

I recently changed my wipers and have been using them without any problem la, abt 2 months back

Anyways today while I was driving,it started to rain

So i turned my wipers on

It wasnt smooth at all, it was like jerking all the way

Why is this?

The screen wasnt dry, it was wet, from the rain

It kind of worked okay when I used the fastest speed, but the speeds before had the jerk movements..

its like nt smooth at all la..

I did my driving test today, and I must say it isnt easy at all to drive such a car. Not only was the car SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo small, it was manual. How do you actually drive a manual car, can someone provide some tips and hints here?

For example, when you are at a traffic light on flat ground, how do you ensure your car doesnt die as you accelerate :/

Oh and the hardest one, when you're at a traffic light on a slope, meanining upwards yeah, how do you do! The man told me to do like the slope test in the JPJ exam and I did that and my engine died and kena honk all

So hard lah :/

Connection problems

Ok, so this is the case. Every morning I on my pc, everything is fine. Connection is okay, the wireless connection status is VERY GOOD apparently. However I cannot connect whatsoever to msn or any websites.

I usually will type in CMD at the run command box, and ping a few sites like google and yahoo and its fine, can connect all this, but then when I use Internet Explorer to type in, cannot pulak.

How :/

Sorry i don't know how to explain, ask questions please if you think you can help.

ps : it often requires a few restarts and removal of the wireless adaptor then only can connect. :/
