How to deal with this kind of GF?

Me and my GF have been together for about 1.5 years.

There were alot of ups and downs in our relationship and most of the time, it would end up with my GF saying that she wanted a breakup but it always won't happen.

She is the type that couldn't take any fights and can't even sit and talk about it. I've adviced her many times not to simply ask for breakups as that is stupid and we should always sit and talk calmly about our fights.

Yesterday, while I was talking, my mom yelled at me to drink my coffee (since I just woke up and was talking on the phone with her) and all I said to her was that "Hey wait, I'm going to drink my coffee. Will call you back in 5mins time".

Guess what?

She went berserk like crazy! She even told me that "Why can't you drink your coffee later on and continue talking to me now? Is coffee very important for you"?

Fine.

Today, while I was talking with her on the phone in my room, my mom came in (I'm the type that don't like to talk manja2 with my GF in front of my parents - come on, who would?), my mom asked me to check the TOTO website to see something. So once again, I told my GF that I would call her back in 5 mins time and that's it (as I planned to settle my mom first and later can talk with her calmly). She went berserk again saying "Why can't you tell to ur mom that you are busy on the phone? Is that TOTO website so important?"

I don't see the point on why she got to get angry for these kind of stupid things. It really pisses me off. I have always told her that we have plenty of time to talk with each other and just for a 5mins break nothing is gonna happen but to no avail. As expected, she is asking for breakup again.

Please let me know whether is the fault on my side? What should I do now?

The story goes like this>>>

My family hired a cameraman to film my bro's wedding dinner on 7th March 09. We paid half deposit to him of RM600 or so. Everything seems to be OK. After that, he (the main person of the filming company) delayed the whole process by saying that the cameraman went 'somewhere' without telling him and he cant seem to 'locate' him.

Last week, we got the news that the cameraman is gone somewhere and there is no way to contact him. Today, the main person (the one that owns the filming company) called and told us one stupid story saying that the cameraman's car was broken into and his camera together with all this tapes were taken away. It is so obvious that the story was made up!

Now, my father is planning to ask him for compensation up to Rm10,000 since we spent around RM20,000 for the wedding dinner itself.

Do you guys have any ideas on what we should do?

As the title goes, I bought a bracelet at Jusco Kepong for RM50 (with silver + Jade stone) as a birthday gift for my GF and surprisingly, the bracelet got putus just within 3 days. After 2 weeks (as I've been kinda busy earlier), I went to that shop to ask them about it and even ask them to change the bracelet but they told me they would have changed it if I came a bit earlier, which is within 1 week after the bracelet got putus.

Ok, it was my fault for going late.

Then, I gave them the warranty card and they said they would send it to repair. I ask her how long it would take and they said if the guy came to pick the bracelet today, tomorrow can 'siap' ready.

Well, that was 1.5 month ago.

After 2 weeks never hear from them, I went again and they said that the company still havent called them and they said they would call me right after the bracelet had been fixed. She even told me whether is it OK if they charge me to get it repaired.. I was like WTF!! Then I waited up to the 3rd week and went again and this time, the lady boss was there. I asked her why it is taking a very long time and she told me that the boss went outstation, they would send in bulk and bla bla bla and again, promised me that they would call me once the bracelet is ready.

This Friday, it will be 10 days since she said that and I'm thinking of asking a refund or give me the same bracelet which worth the same. What do you guys think? Should I keep on waiting and getting fooled by their excuses? Or threaten them to complain to NST / NCC..?

Blackberry 8300 totally DEAD

Hi everyone.

A manager in my company was using Blackberry 8300 for quite some time and all of a sudden, the phone seems to be dead. So now, I am keeping the phone as it has already been 'discarded' and the company is buying a new phone for him.

I can't seem to turn on the blackberry. I tried putting in another battery and it won't on either. I tried to plug in the power cable and the light doesn't blink either. Not sure where the problem lies, whether it is the battery or motherboard or device or something else.

I tried to visit around 6 HP Repair shops in my area and all of them were shocked and quickly said "NO" once I asked them "Can you repair Blackberry?"

So, I'm just wondering, can it be fixed?

This is because I checked the PARTNERS list in Bonuslink homepage but found nothing about petrol stations. Nonetheless, they mentioned about SHELL in the FAQ page, something about discounts and promotions. Can it be only used in Shell alone or can be used in nearly all the major petrol stations?

Hiking up car loan (skipping down-payment)

Hi all.

There is a Kelisa 1.0 (A) that I wanted to buy for RM22000. The seller told me that the loan would cover only 90% and that I have to pay the remaining payment of 10%.

Now my question is, is it possible to talk with the seller and 'kawtim' with him, so that he would so-called hike the price of the car to the bank, lets say maybe around RM24500 so that I would get the "90% loan from that amount", which amounts near to RM22000 as the seller would get the full money directly and I need not to pay a single thing?

I'm asking this because my friend had managed to hike his house loan by 'kawtim' with the seller directly, and he got additional RM30K by doing that.

I would appreciate any of your replies.

Car loan for a degree student

Hello all.

I'm a degree student this year and at the same time, I am working part time as a data entry clerk in a logistics firm. I am being paid by cheque and thus, I have no EPF, SOCSO, income statement or whatever. The only proof that I am being paid is the payment request form/payment voucher which is being kept by my finance department.

Now, I'm wondering, is there any special scheme for degree/university students in buying a new car/2nd car? Perhaps something that might not need me to produce my "3 months income statement" or whatever since I am not earning big and no proper income statement...?

Assuming that I am going to buy a Kelisa auto 2nd for 25K, can I apply for a loan, lets say If my earnings is around RM700 ~ RM800 a month?

Please guide me in this as I am really rushing in getting a new car by my own, due to my university and workplace distance.

Damn, it's been 2.5 days since my site was down and until now, not even a single email from them indicating what is the real problem besides having an "hardware issue".

They claim to have the best customer service and I'm not denying that. But, their downtime is so bad that It's been multiple times since I emailed them asking why my site is down over and over again.

Now, even their main page is inaccessible. I emailed to their support and I got a reply instantly, not from them but from the "Mail Delivery Failure Notification"... Oh great!

Anyone else hosted with this company?

Hello!

On 28th October, me (Maxis postpaid) and my gf (Hotlink) decided to port to DiGi after reading the overwhelming responses over here pertaining to DiGi and its rates.

To my despair, the coverage is terrible! I'm living in a 12+ years condo in Sungai Buloh and never expected the line to be this bad, I meant, it would be no coverage most of the time. My condo is actually located just next to a golf course.

I reported to DiGi about this issue and two guys called me. The first guy said that there is a plan to build a new tower somewhere in the golf course but he is not sure when it would be done. Then a few days later, another DiGi guy from the networking team called me and admitted that the coverage in my area is bad, and he told me that there is nothing he could do to solve this issue.

My gf and I are using the DiGi 50 plan, with my gf being my supp line. I feel terrible when the coverage was bad as I know, the opportunity for me to make free calls/smses would fade away just like that.

Now, I have no choice but to port back to Maxis, although their family plan sucks big time.

Now, my questions are:

1) Is there any duration before I could re-port back to another operator?
2) Is it free?
3) Is Celcom better than Maxis?

I'm just wondering, which bank you all used to withdrew your money from Adsense?

I went to CIMB a few days back and they told me that their system was offline for 3 days. So I went to RHB bank and as usual, it was empty. I told to one lady at the payment counter that I wanna TERIMA money from USA and she was shocked! Another 2 ladies came for her aid and they were talking among themselves...!

I believe that would be the first time they are having a customer 'receiving money from western union' and one lady asked me to wait. 15 minutes later, she came back with some WU forms and straightaway asked me HELL lot of questions.

Where are you working? What are you working as? Who sent you this payment?
