Nvidia driver problem in Vista

The problem is, whenever i launch a 3d app (3dmark, games, etc..), the screen will flicker, the app crash, and this message pops up at the notification area; "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.". I've already tried 5 driver versions. After googling for a few days, it seems that this is a common problem and cause for 29% of Vista crashes. Rite now I'm using Windows XP for my daily usage since I'm usually gaming. Anyone have solution for this? Thanks.

Morning guys. My prob is when I'm using vista, the screen will go blank and shortly after that my pc crash. There is no prob whatsoever while using xp. I've tried:
1) Reformatting.
2) Use 4 versions of driver including whql certified driver.
3) Reinserting; CPU, RAM, GPU.
I've stress-test everthing in my pc in xp; gpu, cpu, and ram, and everythings seems stable. It seems like a hardware related but everthings fine in xp, just vista and it started to occur abt a week ago. Thanx.

I can zoom in for a clearer view. Best of all, IT'S FREE!! Here's the website.

This amazing piece of software really helps me a lot in stress-testing my PC. I highly recommend this to you guys.

QUOTE

Overview:

Owning the ultimate PC remote control for your Series 60 smartphone will change the way you listen to music and use your computer. Enjoy a degree of freedom that you'll never want to give up.

ControlFreak enables you to control Winamp and the rest of your computer with your Bluetooth Series 60 phone. It has all of the music and video controls like play, pause, stop, next, previous, fast forward, rewind and volume.
Get organised

ControlFreak 2 is now even better at controlling music and video thanks to full Winamp Media Library support. If you've never used it, you don't know what you are missing. Forget about messing around picking you music files with a file browser. With ControlFreak 2 you search for tracks by name or browse by artists or albums. ControlFreak even helps keep your music better organised by automatically collecting compilation albums so they are easier to find.

Winamp's Media Library also handles videos so sit back, relax and enjoy the show. You can even set ControlFreak to automatically pause the action if your phone rings.
Amaze your friends

One of the most amazing features of ControlFreak is the spectrum analyser. You can get up to 40 frames per second of real-time spectral analysis of the music your listening to.

The spectrum analyser in ControlFreak 2 is powered by our own advanced latency compensation technology that makes sure the spectrum analyser stays synchronised with the music even as you're moving around the room. It adds a new dimension to listening to your favourite tracks.

Winamp now let's you rate your music and ControlFreak 2 makes it easier than ever. Just hit the * key on your phone whenever you're listening to a song and give it a rating from 1 to 5 stars.

Since your computer can do a lot more than play music and video, so can ControlFreak 2. Perhaps the most exciting new feature in ControlFreak 2 is Desktop Control. Use it to do almost anything you normally do with your computer but from anywhere in its Bluetooth zone.

Impress with ControlFreak 2

    * Show your holiday photos to your family
    * Make presentations to your customers
    * Give inspiring lectures
    * Chat with online friends from bed
    * Check your email from the lounge
    * Retouch your photos in Photoshop (ok maybe that's a bit of a stretch)

Bluetooth Wireless Technology

ControlFreak uses Bluetooth(R) wireless technology to connect your phone to your computer giving you the freedom to control your PC from anywhere in its Bluetooth zone. Since Bluetooth is a radio technology, you don't even need to be in the same room to control your PC.

ControlFreak is designed from the ground up to get the maximum performance out of the most popular smartphones on the market. ControlFreak works with all S60 1st and 2nd Edition phones. Note: Currrently S60 3rd Edition phones are not suppported.

In my Windows Vista RC2, when i start dialing streamyx, the progress bar will take a long time at 'Registering your computer on the network..'. But i can start using my connection at this time. Not really a problem, but it kinda annoys me. Any1 got a solution?
