Anyone know any tuition center or home tuition that will provide on japanese language?

I know nothing about japanese. I wish to learn japanese on how to write and communication I wish the class to be interactive and let say 1 and 1/2 hour I able to absorb 60% mininum. (Target 3 years course that I am able to read(min 50%) and talk fluently (80%).

Somemore i need to have full flexibility coz sometimes i will travel outstation.

Do you all sifu know any tuition center have courses something like this or only home tutor got only?

Could you please all help me to setup for my home theatre system:

1) I wish to have a 42" TV - Budget Below Rm3200
Prefer as long as warranty as possible- mostly oni 2 years now. i wish to hv 5 years o. Any shops?
I am unable to decide to go for LCD or Plasma after refer to the thread in lowyat v1,v2,v3 and v4.
There is so many pros and cons between LCD and Plasma.
I am so worrying about the lifespan of the LCD and Plasma. Ai..
I am so worrying about the IR and burn in for Plasma. Ai...
Should I go for Full HD or not?
So which so I go for model and brand?

2) I wish to a home theatre about 1000W - Budget Below Rm2000
I wish to have home theatre with a karaoke mode to sing songs.
I wish to have 5.1 system.
Is this Philips model(HTS3378/98) have karaoke mode?
Any suggestion other than the model I suggest?

3) I wish to buy a rmvb converter - Budget below Rm350
I saw the rmvb converter the resolution is low. Is it able full view in other resolution if I buy 42" tv which is able to support higher resolution?

1) What is the price of the apartment or condominium?
2) I heard the rental price is quite high. If so, how much?
3) Do there a lot of people want to rent the house there?
4) Is it very convenience there other than the carrefour?
5) The unit is leasehold one right? How long remain for the leasehold time?

2)Do they have online change of name or by phone then sending them alll necessary documents through post?

I am having a house which is going to pay off in about 2 years. The house value now is roughly RM200k. I wish to do refinancing to get an amount of money roughly Rm100k.

May I know is it possible?
If yes what is the procedure?
If yes, what is the interest rate I need to pay? Is it higher or like paying a house loan also?
If yes, what is the maximum financing period? 20 years can?
If yes, what are the charges being incurred?
If yes, how long do it take for the process to be carried out?

Could anyone tell me which phase is the earliest stage in USJ? For example USJ2, 3 or 12?

2rdly, which USJ is nearest to the highway to damansara?

3rdly, how long from USJ to Damansara during peak hour?

I have a question and wish to ask opinion from all of lowyat fellows. Let say my current house price is RM350000. I am eligible for house loan for only RM200000(staff loan from my company). I am eligible to pay downpayment Rm50000. Then the remaining RM100k can I call my sis to borrow another RM100k from other bank to cover it up? And one more thing is the house under whose control? My com sometimes it will auto restart? May i noe wat is the problem? When I am playing Fifa 2007 after 10 mins, lagging happen. I am using scythe 1000-p ninja. Idle temp is 47C wif full load 64C
