Pc wont boot up

My Pc wont boot-up, just only the Power LED, HD LED were lit & the monitor will went auto-standby.
I try remove everything just only left the proc. not remove & put it everything back still same.
The pc was working fine last night until i turn it off & today turn ON it just wont boot-up.

With both the Xbox 360 and PS3 trimming their price tags this month, economic pressures are driving console prices down -- but that seems to have escaped the attention of the makers of this $4,000 gaming behemoth.

The JVL Encore HD offers an integrated 22" LCD touchscreen, a hi-fi audio system, overhead lighting, a coin slot, and a selection of over 130 games, although if you're looking for Halo, Mario Kart or Madden, you'll be disappointed. It's a home version of commercial bar-top puzzle game machines, and offers "gem-swapping puzzles, poker matches, Sudoku challenges and trivia-based digital diversions," according to USA Today's Game Hunters.

Game Hunters also liked the system's flashy looks and its thumping five-speaker sounds, but its basic graphics aren't going to impress gamers used to machines made in the last few years, and surprisingly (for a machine that boasts the HD moniker) only 11 of its games are in high definition.

Still, if you're feeling flush, and looking for something to give your games room the professional touch, you can pick it up exclusively at Amazon, and you won't even have to pay to ship the 38lb monster. But to set it in perspective, for that money you could buy an Xbox 360, a Wii, a PS3, a DS, a PSP, a thousand-dollar TV, a thousand-dollar sound system, and you'd still have nearly a grand to spend on games, pizza, and recliners. Not a tough choice for most people, we think.

DVD-RW read very very slow

My Dvd-Rw is Panasonic SR-9588 SATA . It reads data CDs and DVDs with no problem, but when trying to play video DVD & Audio CD
it stutters even worse when playing dual-layer dvd HD movies.

After check with nero Info tools found out the DMA was off so i try to enable it at device manager but even change PIO to "DMA if available" the current transfer mode still show "PIO only". I try reading disc again but still same problem.

i'm using Gigabyte N680sli-dq6 mobo, but inside the bios i can't change any setting for my dvd-rw just only choosing booting priority.

Try google also can't find anyone having problems using this mobo with sata dvd drives.

After update bios from 0602 to 1302. I can't manually overclock the cpu as it will change back to default FSB value after system reboot when choose save config & exit at bios. Previosly using the 0602 bios version don't have such problems. I can't revert back to old bios as the mobo detect old version bios !

The mobo wont boot-up when i used this ram with 0602 bios
