Measurement: 25.5cm, 3.5 inch heel.

Other details: soft man made leather, doesnt cut into skin.

hi peepz, in need of advice/solution...
well, the problem is my CD-RW
1) the computer could not detect this drive after the computer was on for some time...
2) at times, the CD-RW will run by itself all of a sudden..it's freaky when it happens at wee hours..
3) before this, i used to have problems burning any sort of materials....it'll show some error message 1/2 way while burning..
so, i called up dell support..i'm using dell computer, btw
what the IT guy told me was, all these problems occurs not because my CD-RW was faulty. i did performed some technical troubleshooting, guided by him on the phone...
he said, these problems happened because the hardware/burning software i'm using clashes with one of the win XP component in my computer. He suggested i get help from win XP expert to solve my problem or i could reformat my entire computer but it's a troublesome thing to do as it takes time...
well, i'm not really a person who knows a lot bout IT, i'm a bit confused..
i wonder if the dell IT guy said was true..
or was it some other reason..

besides that, the settings on each folder somehow affects the other. i know this might be nothin to most of you guys, but i prefer keeping my stuff organised.
for example, for picture folder, i would prefer to view it in thumbnails but when i set that for that particular folder, it'll affect some other folder which is not in the same directory/folder as mentioned.
in short, my picture folder setting = thumbnail view
somehow, it'll affect "important document" folder setting as well.

i did check on "save each folder setting" in folder option...but it's still the same..

what is wrong with my computer???
pls help..
