after googling around,im really confuse regarding the right way to state citation from dictionary and encyclopedia.....

let say i have this word - kettle
and the meaning in oxford dictionary(10th edition) - a metal or plastic container with a lid,spout and handle ,used for boiling water

Q:how am i going to put the meaning in my writing??

is it like this:-

the temperature reading of proc on abit nf-m2 ns using lavalys evesrest is too low..
it is about 10 C???

how to get the correct reading??
have tried speedfan and coretemp but the result is the same

i try to set it blow in and the temp is quite acceptable..never try blow out
