will i still get throttle if i use SSH locally? let i say i set up SSH on my office connection....then i connect it from my home....

still get throttle or need SSH from overseas connection?

i duno if this is the place to post but here goes

i notice if i want to import mobile phone from overseas the phone must be certified by SIRIM or whatever party involved before the thing can come in.......for business purpose(big/medium quantity)~~~~

what if Personal?

let say...i alone, personal use....want to use something....something i want to import from overseas....something that is not in Malaysia (not certified by sirim ; electrical stuff)

will the thing get confisticated?
