Hi got new 5610 it has isssue with window XP

Wireless device work perfectly but the thing is can't switch on and off, the button no light.

When I Turn On Computer , The Connection Is Running , But Just can Working On Mozilla FireFox. Other Internet Explorer and Game Failed To Connections ???
