Long. The Community Society has recently held a charity event, Famine 22 which is a similar event that we often seen in newspaper, Famine 30. The objectives for this event is to let us understand the pain of the poor and to help the children. The fund raised will be donated to<a href='http://www.worldvision.com.my/' target='_blank'>World Vision Malaysia</a> which is one of the biggest charity society of Malaysia which basically help out the children in all over the world. <br /><br />We are now recruiting participants and seeking for sponsorships. Anyone who is interested as long as you are a college or university students in Malaysia is welcome to join us. For other faculties of UTAR, if you are a registered member of Community Society, the fees for participating in this charity event is only RM35. For anyone from other colleges the fees are RM40. <br /><br />This campaign is to be held on 21st June Saturday until 22nd June Sunday. Sleeping bag will be provided and it is a really good way to broaden your social circle too&#33; A lot of programs have been preparing so please do not worry it will be boring&#33; <br /><br />For sponsorship, we are seeking for sponsorship for T-shirt, refreshment or cash to make our event success.
