Loading .AI in Photoshop ruins colours

Hey guys I have a question
Whenever i load an .AI file in Photoshop the colour becomes very dull? why?
I know Illustrator is in CMYK, and photoshop is RGB
but if I export the .ai as a .psd in rgb mode, and load that in photoshop and later convert it to cmyk, colour is more or less the same and doesnt become dull like loading an .ai directly

why is this happening?

btw both are CS3

Paintball Guns For Self Defence

I was taking a show and I suddenly had this thought
why dont people use paintball guns for self defence?

In terms of damage, it is possible to seriously bruise someone with a paintball, similiar to launching bean bags from shotguns for riot control

Lets say you saw a robber or some other kind of bad guy weilding a knife
if u were a good shot you could shoot his hand and cause enough pain to cause him to maybe drop the knife
or you could just bruise the heck out of him

In cases of rempit snatch thiefs same case
shoot the rempit, the pain might cause him to loose control
after he jatuh you chase him and beat him la

So my questions are

Is it legal to shoot people with paintballs outside a paintball match?
And how long can a fully loaded marker (paintbal gun) be effective for if left unused
I know sometimes paintball pellets can become dry and hard (from what i've heard those things hurt even worse)

Hey guys, this evening shortly after finding out about the new bus fares, I emailed RapidKL asking them to improve bus frequency so as to make the fare increase something reasonable.

To my surprise they just emailed me back about an hour ago

Dear RapidKL Management,

With the increase of fares due to the new zonal rates system being
implemented, I would like to request that you increase the frequency
of buses

An example of the horrible infrequency of buses is the U49 bus. As a
frequent passenger, I must say that many times I have waited an hour
and at time over more than an hour for the U49 to arrive at the Pasar
Seni terminal.

The issue is not a lack of buses. At the Bukit Anggerik terminal where
U49 and U46 buses are parked, the drivers will frequently take hour
long breaks especially at night before driving off again on their
route.

This infrequency and lateness is very disappointing and frustrating to
many passengers.

It is hoped that with the new rates that services will be improved so
as to balance the increased burden on passengers.
