Window can't jst shutting off ..

Guys, i'm having a problem in my computer and need a solution from u all ..

Everything was ok , from start-up ,and running task smoothly ... But not the time when i want to shut off my

computer . My computer won't jst turned off jst like that when clicking the "turn off". There's a error msg poping out

and stating there "End program ...Teatimer.exe.... Pls wait ...." Then after waiting for it to run completely , its said

"this program is not responding ..." ( its either u click on END NOW without waiting , or waiting the msg: this program

is not responding : END NOW or CANCEL )

I'm sure that i had close all the running application/ software/ program b4 turning off , have no idea wat's a Teatimer.exe really is ....

help needed ...regaring restoring backt o XP

Hi guys ,anyone here tried change XP to vista by installing pack-vista-inspirat-2-1.0?? .i'm face some problem after installing the (pack-vista-inspirat-2-1.0).. I succesfully installed the program but there's no changes at my btm task bar .. its supposely to be vista look , but it still on the normal XP task bar look ..
So i decided to uninstalled it and re-install it back.. But the problem are still the same .. I'm not sure whether my Windows falls under the limitation which is not applicable to x64 bit windows .. something like that , as i'm not really good comp. stuff..
After i uninstalled it , there's a few problem arrises..:
1) windows start-up now becoming really slow .. its really much much more slower to enter into my windows destop there ..
2) When i click on my computer .. The "background" has becoming blank page.. Icons (c: ,d: ,e: , dvd-rw ) are still there and its working ..
3) I thought the (2) problem is due to theme problem .. So wat i do is , right click /properties / theme / .. and try to apply .. but error coming out .. "run dll problem.."
4) my comp now having problem to play on audio format whether on WMP or in other compatible media player..
Wat should i do now to restore back to previous XP settings ?

Any 1 here keeping Beared Dragon ?? ... i'm jst getting 1 of it and i'm also jst a beginer... So i need to know some info. on them ... (e.g wat to feed??... wat need to take care??...) .. Is there many morp for beared dragon like gecko??? .. if not mistaken , mine 1 is sand fire ...
