I'm here to write a dispute about this seller named wendypua. I recently purchased something from her (eyemask & containers) from these threads:

I've already paid her on Feb 5 and until now, my items have yet to arrive. I've also PMed her and also asked her regarding this in her thread but there's no reply from her, and I know she's been online checking out the forums. Last checked, she was online at 11.19 pm (Friday). I've been patient long enough and have even gave her a chance to settle this privately.

Even if she were to offer me the products now, I don't want them cos I feel that she's a dishonest and unethical seller. I will definitely not trade with her again and would advise anyone who would wish to trade with her (via postal service especially) to think twice.

Bottom line is, I want MY MONEY back.

I have created a new thread since the previous one is a bit messy. Hope something here will catch your eye.

Usual things to know:
1) Buyers bare shipping cost.
2) Items can only be on hold for 48 hours unless we have come to an agreement. If there is no response from the buyer after stated time frame, items will be back on sale.

Hi all,

I just hope there's someone out there who can help and is patient enough to read through this:

Just recently, I have sold my AP motorola v3x to PeriukMan from LYF. Transaction of payment was smooth and efficient and I sent the phone via pos laju (at his request) on the 15th of January 2007. He received the phone on the 17th.

Seems that all was well, until he smsed me to say there was some sort of buzzing/robotic sound coming from the phone. I personally have never experienced that sound before cos while I was using the phone, it was fine. He wanted me to refund the cash to him, but the sales was final.

I think he brought the phone to fix on the 25th cos I received an sms from him asking if I was willing to pay half the fixing cost of the phone. (apparently it was the mike problem) I agreed to pay half as that was the best I can do for him.

Then today (26th) I've received a call from him asking if we could settle this thing. Turns out, it wasn't the mike and now he claims it's the motherboard (or something) and there's no parts in Sabah. The phone has to be fixed in KL and it might take time to fix. Time which he's not willing to waste on. He also said the parts would cost at least RM 150.

I had told him that I would take back the phone to fix and pay half for whatever payment that is needed. The phone is still under warranty till August/September. But he refused and offered me another solution; that I pay him back RM 600, take back the phone and fix it... then re-sell it.

What should I do?
