Damn tingling sensation!

hello,

i am 26 yr old and i have been suffering tingling for a month now, almost two months now. Here's my story.

i been tingling feeling all over my body plus twitching as well, after i went to the doctor, he gave me a physical check up, everything went fine, then he gave me some vitamins to help to reduce tingling and twitching, after 3 weeks, the twitching has stop and tingling are still there, so i went to get another second opinion which my doctor told me to get blood test and ECG, everything went fine except for my Glucose which normal rate are below 5.7 and my result are 12.9. My doctor told me my Glucose is high and that is the cause of my tingling.

I wonder why he rule out MS and other major symptons, as i told him about my symptons which i have contantly tingling if i am rest, but when i talk to someone or walking, the tingling sensation does not happen. I also told him that i have been tingling for over a month, doctor told me Paresthesia can last for over 2-3 months. Doctor ALSO promise me he can cure me which he is positive that i do not have any major symptons. In the end he just gave me 1 months supply of vitamins. =/

I have see two doctor, most doctor listen my symptons is like i having a panic attack lead to anxiety which lead to tingling.

It's been over 1 months plus, i can tell u that i sledom have twitching anymore or numbness while i sleeping, the whole body tingling reduce to my arms and knees, sometime in my calves while i am in bed or sitting but i am still worry that it still can be major sympton i fear the most.

UPDATED : yet again i see a new doctor today to give me third opinion, this time, the doctor say i got back problem, she ask me to bend over and touch my toe which i cannot do, then she say my back alignment are abit twisted, she told me not to worry, this is normal, but what she concern is that i have diabetic or not, she requested me to take bloodtest and make another appointment again for the blood test.

I did told her am i getting MS? she told me, not to worry about MS but worry my back.

Sigh, i worry about MS, parkinson, diabetic and more major disease. Damn google..!

need help on buying new proccesor

Hi, i want to ask that my motherboard Intel D945gnt is suitable to get a new core 2 dual?

I google mine motherboard and found that it is not suitable for my current motherboard, if it is so, then what is the best upgrade proccesor suit for my motherabord?

Oh my PC is Pentium D.

I do hope that u expert say "oh core 2 dual can support ur motherboard" and i hope i was wrong about my motherboard cannot support core 2 dual.

Pentium D question on running GTA 4

Hi,

I planning to get a new graphic card for my rig, heres the basic spec

Pentium D 2.66ghz
3gb RAM DDR

i want to ask advise from the expert about the graphic card issue, i have done some research regarding to run GTA4 with a 9800GTX but i heard my rig will bottleneck the graphic card.

Currently i run my GTA 4 just fine but it lags when i try to move around the city, if i am in a house i dont have lags at all. Is it my graphic card or my PC?

Thats why i am planning to get 9800GTX or ATI 4850 i think... to run GTA4 for at least 20-25 fps.

I have duo core 2 in my house but that rig graphic card slot using AGV slot. Zzzz.. i really dont want to spend more than 1.5k just to change the motherboard and the power supply AND the graphic card.

Remember, i am not a hardware junkie, for now peutium D serve me quite okay, all the game i play i could run super smooth with low setting but only GTA4.

I plan to get a new rigs after 2010 where they introduce much more better than the current proccessor, so it could last me another 5 yr.

I found a couple CC in cheras near my place has warhammer online but it need updating for 300mb which took me forever, any place in cheras offer warhammer online without patch and the connection line goes up to 1.5 minimum to 2mbps.

My ideal PDA:
- WIFI
- GPS ( Not necessary )
- Have various multimedia needs like MP3 player, FM radio, MSN... etc
- Keyboard ( May consider )
- Budget still unclear

I think should be all tat gua.. so i wan some expert opinion, and give me more detail on PDA thing..

Here are the questions:
1) how much does O2 Xda Atom Exec?
2) Does the O2 Xda Atom Exec perform well?
3) Which is better O2Xda Zinc or Atom Exec?
4) Heard the HTC brand have come issue.. so not sure wan or not..

Hey.. Im thinking of getting a PDA phone for my oversea study use..
So any recommendation? Budget should be not more than 2k.. but abit higher can consider...

Here the thing i need:
1) Wifi (course can use at campus ^^)
2) Able to take note from the class room.. i lazy to use pen n paper to write
3) 3G (Optional, cause my parent wan to video call sometime)

Internet Lockup when i...

log in hamachi and Steam using ROUTER.

Before that, it was okay.. everything run fine.. using steam and hamachi is fine when one of my games crash and so i restart my PC, after that.. when i log in steam and hamachi, my internet connection just lockup. Bloody hell, i trying to fix this problem for few hours, try google it.. but no solution so i hope u guys don't mention about formating XD

But when i switch to DSL modem and connect, everything run fine.. my steam and other program run fine.. but... the router connect to 3 PC so i can't use the DSL modem alone.

I thought it was my OS, but then again my is my Router problem, maybe is port problem.. i dunno whats the problem.. so many problem..so many thing to test, want vomit.

Comp Kept on Shuting Down

It's been months now, i try buying new cooler and hopefully my comp wouldn't hang but it just continue. I touched my Graphic card, it so freaking hot, if you touch it for 5 sec, u will get red mark on your finger.

Anyone pro here have any solution to solve my problem? Whenever i play games which require 3D, my comp hang after 15 min of game play, even in Dota i play for like half hour then comp hang, my comp is dual core 2, should not be the problem but i dunno why... it hang. I checked the power supply, for the third time, no problem, ask friend work in low yat check, they say no problem, i go other place check no problem.

The only thing doesn't hang is when i on my air-con to super cold mode which i dislike, even in raining time.. cold already still want to open air-con , it freaking cold already for god sake.

Introduce Some Multimedia Books?

I wanted to find a book called theory color seperation book which is good for a long time. Some of the books i found out cost RM200+ i willing to pay it but i scare it doesn't worth my money. Before i buy the book, i did some google it and some author name didnt come out.

Can u guys name me some of the useful books than a designer needed for graphic/multimedia design and give a comment why the book is useful to you. thx.

EDIT:
Here a book i found out a 150 sample of oversea graphic design Roger walton IT contain logo, brochures, letterhead etc etc.

Which come in handy in time in need as we designer need to have an idea.

How do you become an Art Director

Hi guys, I just graduated as a MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER and found a job near my place as a GRAPHIC DESIGNER
The point now, i had wondering, after all the project in college i have been, i learns commucation skill, project management and team project, i wonder is it a waste?

In Malaysia, most of them are websites designer and 70% jobstreet.com is hiring website designer even i get the job easier in website designer in my previous internship program.

The question is i was gonna ask was how do you become an Art director? i did research on Google and found out that being in designing business for quite sometime can get you in Art director if the position is available, but the thing right now.. Most of my colleague handle coming project was General Manager either Executive Marketer.

Do anyone here is an Art director could spare sometime to elaborate how to become one? No one wants to become graphic/multimedia/creative/3d designer for very long. I wanted to ask my lecturer since he was once an Art director but he goes NZ to study master. =( He showed me good stuff and always helped me, he is a good lecturer >.<"

Monitor brightness issue

Hi everyone

I have problem with my monitor screen, is a LG monitor, i have an issue i couldn't solve after months in the internet trying to figure out the brightness of my monitor screen, whenever i play a games that related at night, i couldn't see anything.. is like playing the game blind, such as FEAR, MOHA, BIOSHOCK which some areas is dark and i couldn't see a thing. *sigh* i don't really want to get a new monitor as i recall a software or a driver could adjust the brightness of my monitor whenever i playing games or in windows but i couldn't find that software anymore and couldn't recall it and find it.

Yes i have adjust my monitor screen to 100%.. it doesn't help either, try a software to adjust it but it only adjust for the window screen but not ingame screen.. i try to use ATI driver software, it just brighten my window screen not in game screen, any help would be a great help Thanks

VPU Recover Problem

Hi, it seems that my monitor flick and sometimes the game i playing crash, althought playing Dota doesn't crash but when i play wow or any other high-end graphic game, my monitor flick a couple of time and sometimes crash. It's been month now, i try to consule other friends for techical support, some say software problem but i formatted it already and the problem is till the same, when my friend check the hardware and he say dont have problem.
I have google this problem, it seems that i am not having the same problem.

If you lazy to read the above, here a summary:
1) Monitor flick a couple of time while playing WoW
2) Monitor not flicking playing Dota while playing other low graphic game
3) It hang when playing high end graphic game

Here's Spec

Intel(Core2 CPU)
660 @ 2.4GHz
512 RAM
Radeon X1300

I have update directx, update BIOS, update driver, not even an slight improvement. =(

If you guys have the same problem and encounter this problem before, if you solve it.. please tell me.... i thinking to get a new graphic card, maybe it due to heat problem, i have no idea. *sigh*

WoW connection

I played and tested the free trial, the only good connection i can get is around 3am in the morning 400-600 ms

Even i get 218.208 i get 1000-1800ms, omg!

Any suggestion to get a better ip?

Guild wars nightfall question..

Hi, before i start out the topic..
first thing first, i have my own original guild wars but i stopped playing last year ago cause I can only play the game around 3am-9am, that time i play GW very smooth and have only 1 sec delay, other than these hours i get 3-5 sec delay sometimes even dc. The game is horrible unplayable!!

Now the question is... for the GW players.. is GW: nightfall still as lagging as before? I don't really want to play at 3am in the morning.. Cause it gonna hazard my health. XD

I would like to play the game around 8pm when i got back home from work, but it seem like these are peak hours.

I also hear from friend who plays WOW used a program could get u good ip and the game was playable.

I hope u guys answer the question answer.
