Hi, recently i encountered a problem when i'm trying to open a program file. The program is running and my baby wants to open it which i got "A sharing violation has occurred when accessing abc.exe". The weird thing is it works perfectly under Windows XP but not in Windows ME and believe does not work in other Windows 9x as well

Any help will be appreciated,thanks alot

Laptop modding

Did anyone try with modding the laptop fan before? My laptop is using pc processor which leads to noisy fan. I'm looking a better way for its cooling system so that it can cool down the processor while doesn't make so much noise. Any idea?
