Burn Your Bra: Doc Invents 'Internal' Support System

An Israeli plastic surgeon has developed an "internal bra" that will give women the kind of lift and shape they want without having to wear a bra, London's Daily Mail reported.

Dr. Eyal Gur designed the "Cup & Up" device, which takes 40 minutes to insert in an outpatient procedure.

"We've shown that that with a very small operation it's possible to give a woman an internal bra that she can have for the rest of her life," Gur said, adding that women won't need any additional support, unless they are playing a sport.

The "cup," which is made of silicone, is inserted under the skin with a small incision. Doctors attach "straps" in between the breast and shoulder to hold the "cup" in place.

The bra is made by Orbix Medical, and manufacturers said the surgery is less expensive than traditional breast augmentation.

Recently, a woman underwent the procedure as part of a trial, and told doctors she was thrilled with the results.

Rom Houben was misdiagnosed as being in a vegetative state after a car crash left him totally paralyzed.

But, in actuality, he was trapped in his own body the whole time with no way of letting friends and family know he could hear every word they were saying.

The 46-year-old, who can now tap out computerized messages and read books on a device above his hospital bed, has revealed: "I screamed, but there was nothing to hear.

"All that time I literally dreamed of a better life. Frustration is too small a word to describe what I felt," he said. "I shall never forget the day when they discovered what was truly wrong with me - it was my second birth. I want to read, talk with my friends via the computer and enjoy life now people know I am not dead."

His misdiagnosis was discovered by neurological expert, Dr. Steven Laureys, who fears there may be similar cases all over the world.

Yep! A bird. It's seems quite comfortable nesting so near my room. Even when Mummy and I got so close to the bird, it just won't budge. It would move it's head and stare at us as if daring us to go near the nest.

Lucky Mummy didn't use those hangers anymore.

Mummy: At first, the bird wants to build its nest on the little basket where we keep our clothes peg. I have no choice but to take the basket in. Who knows... this bird decided to build its nest on the clothes hanger instead.

Me : 'Coz your basket is a ready-made nest ma... XD

Mummy: The bird has even laid an egg.

Me: *Surprise and excited* Really??!!

After a few days....
From one egg to TWO eggs now!

The eggs finally hatched last week. It seems that the birds are too small to even open their eyes properly. XD
