why side mirror will block the brake light

as i noticed (most cars), the side mirror of front car will nearly block /cover up brake light of the car in front of it.
example: (me) --- (A) --- (B) ---> i cannot see car B punya brake light.

any idea why car manufacturers design the side mirror height like this or just coincidence?

what does it do?
gear? traction control off?

can i know, is there any problem with my blood?
because i seldom get bitten by mosquito, even though my family always complaining many mosquitos in house.

and then after i get up from bed or sometimes computer table, there's 2-3 dead mosquitos (not flatten ) on the floor nearby.
i didn't put the asap nyamuk & my house don't have aerosols.

this happen to my house recently .

example situation :
when i'm talking to friend A using house phone , friend B calls in . friend B get into the voicemail .
after 5 minutes i hang up , the telephone ring ( caller id shows my own number ) with the message leaved by friend B .

so , it's just like the voicemail from mobile phone provider ( celcom , maxis , digi )
but since when this service start and how to cancel it
