            <description>I&amp;#39;m quite sure that the debate has been going on whether 320kbps are on par with 192kbps and/or 128kbps.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Frankly speaking, I sense slight difference between 320 and 128 and almost no difference with 192. Maybe my cheap rig (just headphones out of laptop). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What&amp;#39;s your say?</description>

            <description>Hey there guys, I am using a Dell Inspiron 1520 laptop, &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It&amp;#39;s been two days now since the first problem occured.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well, the problem is like this.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The browsers I use (iE and Mozilla) both wont load the websites, the globe and such keeps spinning.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Whenever I ping the servers using cmd, it works. There is a response.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have to restart the comp for the browsers to work. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Help me please.</description>
