ok, lets not talk about whether its real or not or do you believe it or not.

as we know, there ARE quite a number of people who believe it, so what do you think the public reaction will be the day before the end of the world? will there be a mass panic attack? will all the shops closed and streets deserted? are people going to hide in underground bunker? or do you think it will just be a normal day?

its an english movie, about a group of people in the plane, those who awake during the flight disappear, while those who asleep in the plane woke up in a mirrored world (meaning everything is the same as the current world but left and right converted) and theres no one in the mirrored world except those asleep during the flight. then at the end of the movie they tried to escape from space eating spike ball like creatures.

I watched this movie like 10-15 years ago.

Leona LewisLeona Lewis was punched in the face by a fan at a book signing yesterday.

The Bleeding Love singer was autographing copies of her new book Dreams at a shop in London’s Piccadilly district when the 6ft 5ins man attacked her.

The man, who is not from the UK and is known only as Peter, waited patiently in line to speak to Leona.

When he reached the front of the queue he lashed out, after which five of Leona’s security team jumped on him and pinned him down.
As Leona, 24, ran away, Peter shouted, “I love you Leona!”

She responded, “I don’t love you!”

Witness Emily Rose (I am like WTF??????) said, “It was horrendous. She let out a piercing scream and grabbed her temple. Security piled on this guy and Leona just started running.”

Fan Steve Caris added, “This bloke looked like a nutcase. He really walloped Leona. She must have been in agony.”

Leona’s mother Maria and boyfriend Lou Al-Chamaa accompanied her to the event, and Lou had to be physically restrained as he attempted to confront her attacker.

Leona was immediately taken to London’s Harley Street Hospital where she was checked for concussion.

She was due to appear on a UK TV show in the evening, but pulled out as she was too upset.

A source explained, “She’s very shaken. She keeps asking why anyone would want to hurt her. Leona’s the sweetest, most mild-mannered girl. It was like kicking a kitten.”

Peter has been arrested on suspicion of actually bodily harm, and Leona is believed to be keen to press charges.

Simon Cowell, who mentored Leona when she won the 2006 series of UK TV talent show The X Factor, has called the star to offer his support.

Sharon Osbourne, who was a judge on Leona’s series of the show, was also furious to hear of the incident. “He should have the s**t kicked out of him for that,” Sharon said. She is the most lovely, genuine person ever. If I saw him, I would kick the s**t out of him.”

Leona’s spokesman said, “Leona is obviously shocked after yesterday but is OK. She would like to convey her thanks to everyone for their kind messages and support.”

"Childlessness is perceived as being selfish, with a tragic outcome — you'll die alone with 10 cats." But sometimes having babies isn't all it's cracked up to be. We asked Scott — who talked to experts, parents, and 171 childless folk for her book — to bust myths about parenthood.

ALL WOMEN HAVE THE MATERNAL INSTINCT. "We think we'll get this burning urge," Scott says. "But many women never feel a desire to have kids, ever."

PARENTHOOD MAKES YOU A BETTER PERSON. "Better than who? Oprah? Gandhi?"

PARENTING IS, BY DEFINITION, REWARDING. For many, yes. For all? No. Says Scott, "Dr. Phil surveyed 20,000 parents, and a third of them said that if they knew then what they know now, they probably wouldn't have started a family."

IT'S DIFFERENT WHEN THEY'RE YOURS. "If you don't like being around kids, you're unlikely to be more tolerant if they're yours — especially when they throw a fit at Walmart."

PARENTING IS THE PATH TO MATURITY. "Our parents were raised to think this, and society clings to the notion," says Scott. "But let's face it: Having kids doesn't guarantee mature behavior." Ever see a dad go berserk on a Little League ref?

A BABY WILL STRENGTHEN THE MARRIAGE. "Research shows that marital satisfaction goes way down — particularly for women — after the birth of the first child," she says. "It doesn't return to honeymoon levels till the kids leave home."

YOU'LL REGRET NOT HAVING KIDS. "Studies don't show any widespread regret among the childless by choice. A lot of thought goes into the decision," says Scott. And if you need a kid fix, you can always be a mentor.

KIDS OFFER SECURITY WHEN YOU'RE OLD. "Grown children are often hundreds of miles away," Scott notes. "To really guarantee your well-being, long-term health insurance is a better bet."

I am 25 years old and still single, seems pretty normal, but I got lots of relatives and friends of the same age and some even YOUNGER than me already got tons of kids and I am like wtf when I saw them carrying around their kids.

its a playstation 1 game, the game is like there are 4 players each starting from the corner of a square shape platform, the objective is to throw stones, bombs and even pick up your enemy to throw at another enemy and the last one standing win the match. the bigger guy can pick up heavier stones but run very slow...while the smaller character run fast but cant pick up heavy items....it is one of the earliest playstation games so its very polygony, yet extreamly fun to play...

from what I heard, the sigboard must have malay words, also malay words must be bigger than the chinese/english word, and the malay word have to be on top of the chinese/english words too.

can any1 confirm this?

1st of all to mod...I know this is finance and business material but I dont get any response there at all, please please allow me to try here because this is for real and I really need to know this..thank you for your consideration!!

and guys, I plan to open a business sellling tyre changing service and doing minor repair service but I got few questions before I proceed

- how do I promote the business, what sort of advertising and promotion for the business as a newly open business?

- how do I dispose the wastage? like unused tyres?

- how can i make my business different than the other competitors?

: Salary - you get paid high but theres no freedom, the job is boring and repetitive but you know what you are doing hence not really stressfull , and your boss is a pain in the a$$. e.g of job- account executive.

: Interest - you like what you do, but the pay is lower than other job than you can applied for and you always get nag from your family/partner for not earning enough money. e.g of job - game tester

: Flexibility - not really your dream job, kinda boring and the pay is just so so but you decide when you want to work, total freedom. e.g of job- home base job/business

: Stress level - the pay is good, but required to work long hours, 1 leg kicking and everybody relies on you, if something fcuked up your the one to blame. e.g of job IT technician

Please arrange it in number 1 as your top priority and 4 as the least important when deciding what job u want to choose IF you got several options.

anything else to add on? and no...there cant be perfect job....
