RHB forcing me to use debit card

i just opened an account in RHB because my training place say need to use RHB bank. so i registered an account last 2 weeks and apply atm card. then 2 days ago i received a courier from RHB for my debit card. i'm sure i did not ask for debit card. now other than charging RM8 for atm another RM15 gone for debit card.

wat is goin on with RHB staffs. no standard procedure kah? 1 staff who did my registration asked me to come back coz the printer down. then when i went back 2nd time another staff completed my registration but ask me sign some more stuffs. should have read the thing 1st b4 i sign. don't they have common sense, if i wan debit card, wat for i get atm card some more?

making scroll size permanent

i set my mouse scroll size to 3 lines per movement of scroll wheel in control panel. but each time i off my comp and start back, it is reset to 1 line.

i did try setting it with other program like logitech setpoint, but the problem persists. so how to make the scroll size permanent so that each time i restart my comp it will always scroll 3 lines/movement?

currently i have streamyx and celcom wireless broadband. i do know normally we could only connect 1 type at a time. what can i do to combine the usage of 2 broadbands at the same time as i don't bring my laptop out often and im only using wireless broadband back in my hometown without streamyx.

after installing ubuntu, the grub loader provides the dual boot option for my laptop. but how do i get into windows xp safe mode? i cant do so by pressing F8 button when starting the laptop anymore.

im using ubuntu 8.04. there's one issue here. when i use my usb hub, if 1 device connects to the hub, eg. mouse, i can use the mouse. but if i plug in another device in the hub, it cant detect the device and the hub stops functioning. is ubuntu incompatible with usb hub usage? just get my ubuntu installed for a few days so i dont know much abt linux yet.

i'm new to ubuntu, just installed 2 days ago. i've been playing around with ubuntu 7.10 for some time but i still cant figure out how to set a default program to open a certain format of file. somebody more familiar with ubuntu please give me some help.

cannot delete file

my friend transferred a file to me thru ym. halfway thru the transfer, the connection got stuck and my friend cancelled it. but the file stil stays in my comp, though it's 0 bytes but i cant delete the file because it says that there's a program using it. even after i off my ym still i cant del the file.

shut down problem

i have installed the final build of sp3 today. and everything works perfectly except 1 thing. if i leave my computer for some time, when i wanna shut it down thru start->turn off computer, the shut down menu won't show up and it hangs instead. i have to close it by ctrl+alt+del and close/restart explorer.exe

what's the problem i have now?

problem with comodo

i wanna uninstall the comodo firewall pro but suddenly i dunno how i del the whole comodo folder without goin to uninstallation process. then in add/remove program there they cant detect the folder so i choose to remove the program from the add/remove prog list.

then i remembered abt system restore. i used the system restore and the folder is back. but now the problem is in start menu and add/remove prog list, there is no track of comodo. i can manually start the prog from the comodo folder but i cannot uninstall it.

now even if i close the prog, the windows security still detect the firewall as on. i wanna reinstall but the installer state that the prog is stil on. and i can't uninstall it.

how to solve the prob?

error formatting external hdd

now i cant format the external hdd completely. mine is 3.5" hdd with 320GB. should i seperate into smaller partition maybe whole 320 GB is too big to handle?
