[WTR] Medium room in Riana Green Condo, Tropicana.

Hello, we've got a room at Riana Green Condominium for let, it's the medium room, shared bathroom. There's two of us housemates and we're looking for just one more person to take over the last room.

Home is equipped with EVERYTHING, streamyx, TV, washing machine, cooking allowed, air cond and fan in all rooms.
Single bed and wardrobe and desks as well.
Unit comes with 3 parking spaces.

Very nicely furnished unit, just drop me an e-mail if you're interested.

We'd prefer a student housemate, but anyone is welcome.
Also, if you're a student at HELP, it's even better because we could carpool.

RM500 rental, utilities bill is split between the three of us at the end of the month.
You'll need to give a deposit of the standard 2+1 months,
but if you drive and you need a parking space,
you will ned to add an extra RM100 so we can arrange an extra access card and sticker for you.

The admissions people never told me any info about the orientation.

I called them and they said the orientation person wasn't there.
So what do I do now?
Do I just show up at the SYUC at 8am or something?

My younger brother's black Macbook was stolen yesterday with the serial number W87210NWYA4.

It's a 2.16GHz, Intel Core Duo Macbook with 1GB RAM and 120GB Hard Disk.

Only the laptop was stolen, so if anyone tries to sell you a black MACBOOK ONLY,
Please check the serial number and inform me immediately.

Has anyone here ever bought from www.petsplace.com.my?
So far I haven't heard of any complaints or anything,
But I placed my order last week, then they informed me that they had no stock for some of the items and cannot refund me.

Ok, fine. So I exchanged the items for items of the same price. I informed them and they said they would work on my order. For the past 3 days I've been calling the office and there was no response and e-mailing the person I've been corresponding with and NO response about my order.

I don't know if I should be worried or if I've been cheated. I hope it's not the latter because if so, then I will be extreeeemely annoyed and take further action.

I know I might be neurotic, but I SO don't want to get cheated!
Please advise!

Does anyone know the best place to get camera lenses? Everywhere I go the price differs. Anyone knows where there's a good range of lenses in-store and sells them at a lower price?

Renting out 1 room in E-Tiara Condo, SS16/1.
11th Floor.

Next to Carrefour, KTM Station, Subang Parade and has a shuttle going between the condo and Taylor's College Subang Jaya as well as Taylor's Business School. (Other college students can probably hitch a ride to that area. ) Room is for single or sharing, 7 for the room. Colleges are renting out for RM1000 a room, actually. So this is a bargain, so to speak. Heh.

Room comes with:
- Air-cond (To be installed, so you get a new air-cond when you move in!)

Do the math. If there's 2 people, RM350 each.
Deposit of 2 months as a deposit (Will suffice as 2 months of rent before your contract ends) and 1 month's rent in advance.
So first payment would be (1400 + 700).
2 people? Just divide it in half.

Requirements:
Female student, preferably Chinese. (Not because I'm racist but because I eat keep alcohol around the house.. as well as pork sometimes.) But if you're not Chinese and cool with that.. then okay then. Send yourself my way!

That's the full specs of the router.
Bought from GEEK at One Utama for RM220.

Selling for: RM200. (RM180 if you can confirm right away and COD by this week.) additional RM10 discount if you can collect it from Bandar Sunway or Leisure Commerce Square (Bali).

Reason for selling: Opened the box to set up, disc would not run with Macbook. Damn.

COD in Bandar Sunway or One Utama. Other places can be arranged if told in advance. Postage also can, but not advisable.
