Sorry if i was posting at the wrong section.

I would like to make my home PC to on9 so that i can access my file in anywhere by using internet.

since streamyx is giving dynamic ip address, may i know how to make it become static ip address??? any reference website can refer???
wat software do i need to configure my comp as a host and if i create a webpage, how can i address it by giving it a link???

Force to Extend Year of Study

Need some advise on this situation......

I was a 2nd yrs student of Computer Science. When I enter this faculty, this faculty was offer a 3 yrs courses to me / our batch.... but juz a few months ago, there was a notice show tht we have to extend for another sem to finish our course because the industry training have to be extend from 4months to 6months.....v have a met wif vice dean n she told us tht its impossible to reschedule our timetable n tis industry training's extend is make by kementerian n blablabla.... so at the end she cant do anythg about it.....what she told us was, those junior still can be graduate in 3yrs because they still able to reschedule their timetable!!!!!its juz like WTH????v gonna graduate same time wif junior???

My question is, wat can i do so i can make it graduate in 3yrs but not 3 n half yrs(1sem around half yrs). Since all other coursemate look like not bother about tis prob.....

i have a windows xp pc and windows vista laptop here.... i using a usb adsl modem to connect the pc and i using a switch to connect the pc and laptop for the internet access ....

i using tis way n the laptop can connect to the internet but when i tried to share folder between tis workgroup, both i set wif the same workgroup name, the pc can c the laptop in the network but cant access .... and the laptop cant found the pc in the network at all.... need sum guide how to setting tis network connection for sharing folder ...

hope u guys understand wat i typing and sorry for the bad english
