here's my story. last year, as i was afraid i had catched up a diabetes, i have gone to ask for a doctor opinion on my pee frequency during midnite.

from his diagnostic, he told me that my blood pressure is in the middle between normal and dangerous rate. nothing wrong, maybe overstress. so, i said whatever.

now, with my weight 88+kg, i'm getting a lot of memory snap, sudden body ache, weaken state. even 2 floor stairs up would drawn up all my energy and in no time i started to pant.

my father family have a history of diabetes, heart complication and high blood pressure.

am i going to die?
