Line no dial tone, Streamyx hard to connect.

Sigh..since 15/Nov, my line no dial-tone and Streamyx cannot connect at all. Called 100, and was informed it took 2 biz days to fix. After fix, technician will call me to verify.

Called on 17/Nov, line still no tone and no one called. Call 100, and was informed technician fixed and I am furious why no one called and verify with me? They can't answer and promised another technician will be assigned and shall fix it in next biz day.

Called on 18/Nov, line still no tone and no one called. Call 100, and was told the same story that technician fixed and I am like almost exploded cause no one called and verify with me. As usual, they can't answer why no technician called and check with me. So again they promised will fix it in next biz day.

Called on 19/Nov, no one called and no dial tone. Call 100, and 100 is so screw up until my call my disconnected for 4 times. Each time i called 100 again, they can't pass the call to the previous customer service agent handling my case and I need to explain to them the whole issue again. I was totally mad and requested to transfer call to 2nd level technical support. A lady from 2nd level told me she checked with Telekom technician and assured me that they will fix in on next biz day.

On 20/Nov i noticed I can connect to Streamyx after like attempting to connect for about 15 minutes. Even though its connected, the browsing speed is so slow just like dial up. The line still no dial tone. So call 100 again and scolded them like hell. What make me so pissed was the technician at Telekom closed the case claiming it was solved. No one called me to verify at all, in fact no one called me since day one I reported the case. So again they promise send technician to check on 21/Nov.

On 21/Nov, called 100 again and they told me will send technician over and the due time to fix was 4pm. By 4pm, no one called and the line still no tone. Streamyx can only connect once and disconnected after 10 minutes of usage. By that time I guess my blood pressure already sky high and totally don't bother to call 100 again to listen to the same crap.

On 22/Nov, called 100 and as expected they said will try send someone over. But since its a Sunday so no promise. Its already one week and the line still no dial tone and my Streamyx connection still down.

One thing I am so furious is the mentality of the Telekom technician, if he already claimed fixed the issue by changing port at the nearby Telekom equipment box (which is one street away from my house), he should have called and verify with me. Yet no one called me, even worst is each time I called 100 and was informed the issue was fixed!

I shall be calling 100 again on 23/Nov and let's wait and see what kind of excuse they will give.

While washing the car, i discovered a small grey spot on the roof (refer to attached photo). When run my hand over it, the texture is a bit rough. I guess it is due to some small stones hit the roof and paint peel off ??

Can the expert advise what product can be used for this? Metal polisher? Scratch X?

[Recommendation] Upgrading MBP HD frm 80G to 320G

After going through many cases whereby "Aiyah, I wanna install that apps but hard drive space not enough leh"..I decided to upgrade my MBP internal HD from 80gb to 320gb.

I guess for 2.5" laptop hard disk, 320gb is the largest available right? Someone from MacStudio told me that advisable to get a Toshiba hard drive as it is more reliable and Apple is using that as well. My current stock 80GB is indeed a Toshiba.

I planning goto Low Yat and shop for HD today. Wanted to get some advise which Mac shop has the best service and experienced staff for helping me (guess with a charge) to perform the HD swapping? If can, clone my existing 80GB to the new one is even better so no need for me to reload all my existing apps. Anyway, I did a backup of some important stuff already (e.g. Applications, Preferences files, Keychain, Documents).

After upgrade, plan to get a HD case for my 80GB, at least can use it as a external HD.

Feel free to suggest some options. Thank you very much
