According to Associated Press, Dell CEO Kevin Rollins said that the plan is to hire more than 1,000 Malaysians at the high-tech hub of Cyberjaya south of Kuala Lumpur.

Hi,
I have a dummy file being hold by a program which i have already terminate it.. however this dummy file is locked by the process..
Does anyone know how to delete a locked file which out restarting the pc nor using third party software. I use want a simple step using windows stock OS tools.

here is my problem

source - destination
A - B
B - C
C - D
A - G
G- K
C - B
B - A

i need to get a list of all posible path as above..
However my current algo cant check for the loop..
like A - B - C - B - A.. which is wrong..
correct will be A - B - C
I need your suggestion what will be the better way to have the code written..
i do not want to use a for loop to do checking.. as this will cause time penaty..
How do i eliminate the duplication and close loop path..
