Reason for sale: Clearing out my room

Note: All the BIB bots is well taken care, and I keep them inside a box - except for Rodimus where I put it on top of my monitor (in car mode). Seldom transform the robots. All the manuals, box and weapons is all there. Heck, even the box/container is well kept in my room.

[WTA] Procedure to buy new car by trade-in old car

Hi all,

Erm, I did try to search around the net about the procedures that involve in buying a new car, trade-in my old car as the down payment but, fail to find any info about it.
Could anyone share this info with me?
Do I need to get my car registration card (the pink color card) from the bank that hold it?
Appreciate it a lot.

btw, the reason i prefer not to ask the sales person of that shop* is because, I feel it will give them the impression that i already interested in their car...which makes it harder for a people like me to bargain for more.

I currently planning to get either a PDA or a smartphone with following requirements:
1. Qwerty keyboard
2. Window mobile 6.0/Symbian x.x - Since I using Vista on my rig, so...is kind of limited choice if wanna get a WM type PDA/Smartphone
3. Dopod/O2 brand
4. Wifi
5. Camera

Oh ya, my budget would be not more than rm2.5. Hope anyone of you can give me some advise about it. Thanks.

Java awt/swing applet job related in MY market

It seems like, very few (jobstreet,star classified, job agents...) request for people that have few years exp in Java applet framework.
I see a lot of job offers (for Java) that is either Spring, Struts or purely JSP/servlet in the market.
I myself are from a s/w programmer of jsp/servlet ways (1 year ++) then move towards Applet tech (3 years ++). Now, doing some Struts+jboss jBPM+Hibernate. Ok, forget about the jBPM and hibernate.
After some time (less than 1 year) on Struts framework, although I'll say it does a bit better in terms 'reducing the developer work' if compare to convention jsp/servlet, but it is still pain in the a@@. No offence to others people out there reading this.
For instance, the design pattern. Although we still able to apply the MVC design pattern onto it, it is still not up to a level of....easily plugable. Is still kind of...very messy (Those html tag, struts tag...etc...).
Due to the fact that, the reason for applying a design patter like MVC is to help your code easier to maintain and reusable.
And then, worse part is (just from my opinion only), I still see a lot of com looking for people that have exp in jsp/servlet tech...because they need those people for their work...project. -> No framework at all.
I have more exp in awt/swing env....although is not much but I think sufficient enough for me to see the pros/cons as compare to the convention ways jsp/servlet and Struts.
First of all is the development time. It really save a lot of times. Thats how I feel it.
Secondly, is easier to plugable/reuse ... since everything is object (can easily extend it...)....including the user interface...as compare to html/jsp/struts....

Question is, why there's lack of market needs for java applet tech related job in here, malaysia....?
