Skynet shipment problem

Recently I bought an item from here.
The seller is Using Skynet as courier.

But then it got stuck with the shipment problem here as:

Hi,

I got my pny 8800gt 2 years back.
Now it seems it was heating quite a lot with the stock heatsink+bios.

What bios should I flash to improve the fan speed management?
Or can I get it to 9800gt or above?

okay got myself Atom 330 and D945GCLF2.

Noise level is unbearable.Mod the psu fan to use molex power.
CPU fan connector plug to System power supply instead.
Now it's more "sound friendly"

2day I try to mod the cpu fan connector which left unused to
power a 80mm fan.
Then zapps came out smoke.2 ic's were dead.Board can be on but
the cpu fan 3pin connector dead.

anyone knows how to fix the 2 burned ic's? RMA'able?

the 3 pin fan connector in the pic below is dead....the fan wont move.

Well....I was playing this game since yesterday.
And yes it gives lotsa crash!!
I applied the latest 1.1.0.35 patch....clean install of drivers.
using Vista64 OS. Disabled FFDshow for fallout3.exe( which some forum claim to work)
Yet it gives crashes just about 5minutes!
And since the last fallout3 thread was closed...I hope I can get feedback on how to solve this problem.

recently perodua got a promo called February Fabulous which gives out RM2500 vouchers/rebate for their perodua line of cars.

But after contacting my sales agent they say only valid for viva,kenari and kancil only.wtf??where's myvi??

the picture shows myvi and viva 2 model...this sounds like a trick by perodua.

Called 1800 line they say "they are on holiday CNY jan28 and not able to answer"...I'm like wtf again!!
