PHP Value Return

Dear All,

I try to return value of the PHP by assigning this
lets say i have this
$this->name = 'beckham';

therefore under my circumstances i did this
$field = 'name';
$a = '$this->'.$field;

therefore i get the output of 'echo $a;'

i get '$this->name';

but the output i want is
beckham;

anyone can help me on this?

I m expecting it to count number of element with 'E' n number of element with 'L' n number of element with 'D'. But my coding produce 000 as result anyone can guide me on this? thanks in advance.

Dear forumers,

My lappie on board sound chip just gave up (now i can only receive 1 channel). If i wanna change the sound chip i need to change the motherboard which might cost over Rm1k for a mother board. So i m thinking to get a external sound processor which can by pass the on board sound chip. Any one can recommend me any external USB sound processor which my budget is around RM300-RM400 and available locally. Thanks in advance.

IIS 7 Help

Guys,

I need some guide here i search thru the internet but i seem cant found wat i want. I need to have a proper guide to set up a IIS server. I already have a IIS 7 in my vista and i add a Web Sites on it. But now the problem is i only manage to browse my directory. When i try to run .exe or .dll it suppose will allow me to run when i m in XP. But in Vista it only allow me to download. I read some where it have to do with the read, write permission. I have authorize everyone on the target directory to read, write and etc. Did i miss some step? Any1 can enlight me on this? Your help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Guys,

I read here before how to tweak our pc to boot first after all boot up only the login screen appear. It involves some software to make it happen if i m not mistaken its register mechanic or tune up utilities? i forget already.. i just formatted my pc now if i put password i need to wait windows load after i log in unlike last time it windows ll load up everything then only i log in. Any1 can reguide me on this or can show me the link to the old post? Thanks

Location: Batu Pahat
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: No

Personal equipment
Modem: Aztech 600E
Router: inside modem (software)
Firewall used: turned off.

Problem details
First occurence of problem: no problem
Problem frequency: no problem
Problem description: no description.

I just wish to know that is there any software which i can track down the traffic flow of each of the client connected which are connected to the switch (D-Link 8 port Switch) for my house. As i wish to figure out who actually monopolies the bandwidth and cause slow network for those who r using the internet for regular purposes (email, surfing, etc etc - low bandwidth usage).

My house network configurations :
tel line connect to modem/router
modem RJ45 goes in switch A(6 client connect and 1 uplink port for Modem and 1 port for another switch B)
3 client connected to switch B.

So is there any software for me to track the culprit who is downloading all the time using BT/Xunlei etc etc. Preferable Open source or Free use

Java Application For SE

I just change a new HP from Nokia 7610 to K800i. I miss my multipurpose converter that was build in together with my 7610 S60.
Is there any Java version that is similar to it? I asked Uncle Yahoo and Uncle Google but they gave me nothing...
Regarding the converter.. its a multipurpose which u can convert length, speed, weight, temperature in different SI unit.

PPStream is a internet tv streaming.. Means u can watch TV online but it doesnt connect lately although i already port forward it. any1 can guide me with it.. i leave it for a long time .. last time i still can connect but now the connection only running 1-10kbps on a 1Mbps line.. can guide would be appreciate..

Introduction of Proton Saga / Iswara
The Proton Saga is the first car produced by Malaysian auto manufacturer Proton, based on the 1983 Mitsubishi Lancer Fiore. It first debuted in September 1985. The first Proton Saga that rolled off the production line was presented to the Malaysian National Museum as a symbol of the beginning of the Malaysian automotive industry.

Since then, the Proton Saga and its variants contributed to most of Proton's sales and revenues. The Saga variants are also popular among Malaysian taxi drivers and operators who need cheap vehicles with good fuel economy. The Saga is currently the longest surviving brand in a line of cars offered by Proton.

First Generation

The Proton Saga was launched in September 1985 by Malaysia's Prime Minister at that time, Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad. Before the production of Proton Saga, a contest was held to choose the name of the first national car, and the name Saga was chosen from the winner of the contest. The winner of the contestant was a retired military soldier. When asked why he chose this particular name, he replied as "saga" is a type of seed commonly found in Malaysia, and that the Proton Saga is as strong as the saga seed.

Tun Dr. Mahathir also used a new Proton Saga to cross Penang Bridge during the opening ceremony of the bridge on 14 September 1985. Early Proton Saga models were powered by SOHC 8-valve 4-cylinder engines sourced from Mitsubishi. Two displacement options available were 1.3 and 1.5-litre petrol. Both engines were available with a 5-speed manual transmission, but a 3-speed Australian sourced Tri-matic automatic was available with the 1.5-litre engine. At first, the Saga was a 4-door sedan, but in 1987 a hatchback variant was introduced known as the Proton Knight and later know as Saga Aeroback.

In 1989, Proton started to export the Saga to the United Kingdom with the slogan Old Japanese Technology, New Malaysian Style. Since then, United Kingdom contributes most of Proton's export production. The Saga name was not used and it was simply known as the Proton 1.3 or 1.5. The UK models reverted to the dashboard used in the Mitsubishi Lancer, complete with HVAC controls not found in the domestic model. For the United Kingdom, trim levels were GL, GLi, GLS, SL and SE.

In 1990, the existing engines were revised with 12-valves, which increased power ratings to 75 bhp (56 kW) for the 1.3 L engine, and 90 bhp (67 kW) for the 1.5 L engine. On domestic models, the 'Megavalve' name was also used. Minor exterior modifications were made including flush headlights, more aggressive grill, additional passenger side wing mirror, and wraparound bumper knock strips. In addition, rear seat belts and a third brake light were fitted as standard.
