help in C++

greeting to all coders

i'm having a problem which i don't even know where is the problem occured
i have been cracking my head thinking where is the problem.

the objective for this program is to sum up the elements inside list_size
i been debug here and there
won't do any good

i'm using VB 2008, header file doesn't play important role
it's the same for <stdafx.h>

where is the problem,
for loop part?
it looks like no problem right?

hey guys,
my last question, i been wondering around.
what do you guys think about
engineering there.
like say E & E
they do offer here and complete everything here in malaysia.
but 3 years ^^
the certificate will be from bradford university.
which i think is campalang uni from uk elsewhere.

i kinda fed up asking questions to them.
they say it's lan accredited like . this and that.

One of my friend asked me.
He wanted to do aviation instead of something else.

So, what subjects is required to do aviation during pre U?
And any pros and cons about aviation?

Any suggestion will be welcome.
