WTA : USING 4GB DDR2 667 MEMORY MODULE

I did ugrading my AM2 system from 2GB Dual Channel to 4GB Dual Channels as my mobo did support memory of usage up to 8GB RAM.

I know that only 3.++GB been detected by WinXP eventhough I did put 4GB of RAMs.

So, I'm asking any opinion regarding this matters.

PROBLEM AFTER FLASHING K8N NEO PLATINUM BIOS

I've try 2 update @ flash my MSI K8N NEO Bios this morning.

The process indicates that its sucessfully flash @ update my bios to the current one which is migrating from V1.1 to V2.1.

The problem is during booting it will hang after sometime...

So, I decided to flash once more and UNFORTUNATELY it hang @ middle of flashing process.

Now, no more bios booting at all...

Then, I try to do the recovery using steps that listed by MSI website.

For Award BIOS
1. Make a bootable floopy disk
2. Copy the Award flash utility & BIOS file to the said floppy disk.
3. Create an autoexec.bat with "awdfl535 biosfilename" in the content e.g. awadfl535 a619mj21.bin
4. Boot up system with the said floppy (it will take less than 2 minutes before screen comes out)
5. Re-flash the BIOS & reboot.

The problem is I didn't know clearly how to do step no. 4.

So, anyhow & anychance that someone would help me to clarify this... ???

1. Junior Level Linux Professional (LPIC-1)
2. or CCNA (CISCO).

Which one is currently more valuable in the Malaysia's job market ?

Previously, I've already earned a MCSA + MCSE certifications.
