Problem in using Boolean

I need to write a C program but I don't know how to use boolean. Here's the question:
If the character is 't' or '1' then a boolean is set to true. If the character is 'f' or '0' then a boolean is set to false. This boolean is then used to print out either "TRUE" or "FALSE".

Can anyone help me to perform this C program?

I have problems using modules.
Here's my problems:

I create 10 questions of quiz in 10 forms. Each question has 4 choices and only 1 is the correct answer. The correct answer will plus 10 marks while the other 3 choices are 0 mark. This procedure continue till 10th questions and total marks will be shown in another form. My question is how to use modules such as standard modules to write codes?

How to limit the connection speed?

I'm sharing the streamyx connection line with my roommate, whenever one of us download things, another user will be lagging... so here is the question, how to limit the connection speed?
