back dated letter of confirmation

recently, my boss told me that theyre gonna prep a back dated confirmation letter for me.

it is my 6th month now. they intend to back date it by 3mths.

im just wondering if there are any intentions of doing so.

also, if i am to sign it, should i put a current date, or back dated?

pls advise.

when i start my com, only the power switch is on, fans r running, nth on the screen. processor hsf is running. what could be it? mobo dead? how do i diagnose the problem?

after a sudden shut down, every time i boot up, the blue screen disc check will run even after completing once in the previous boot up. how do i fix or disable it?

note:i dont want to format my drive. its drive D btw.

was having dinner earlier, someone attractive sat across the table facing me, we 'exchanged' glances (hope im not being perasan la) during the 30-40mins meal. she was with another 2 girlfriends, i was with my boss and a worker. she n her friends were chatting n laughing up the sky while i was so bored listening to uncles talks.

ok the thing is, i wonder, if the girl in this situation is interested and hope to know the guy too, how would she wish it go? ladies, put yourself in and tell me your wishes! thanks for entertaining me if u will.

i always wonder, how does my line n my job is like comparing to others in terms of workload/stress, hours : pay & money making in the future.
im thinking of changing line n career. im 21 n still like a fresh graduate without much experience due to time wasted in previous company.

im in interior design/construction line currently. my job scope now is,
to calculate quantities of materials to be used to for a project (>RM1mil projects)
to source for suppliers for quotations of materials
to prepare tender documents
to deal with subcontractors during construction/work period (usually over 10 different subcons with their own workers)
to deal with clients, designer of project (some clients r cunning n always looking for ways to cause us trouble)
to do site analysis, measurements, visits, inspections (usually dirty/messy n hazardous to health n physically dangerous places)
to deal with rough n foul speaking ppl in the trade
to do drawings and 3D visuals for some smaller renovation projects
to handle many inches thick of A3 papers (tender drawings for projects)
to travel around (clients place, sites, subcontractor meeting, supplier showroom)
to compile samples of materials, do material boards.

apart from that, have to be knowledgeable in

construction methods,
material specifications,
type of applications of different materials,
safety issue in buildings,
local authorities requirements,
computer softwares like autocad, 3dsmax, photoshop, illustrator, excel

(more to list out) my pay is only 1.8k, working hours 9-6 officially, but gotta do work on weekends at times n ot without pay.

how does this job compare to others like, accountants, finance officers, IT engineer,

hope yall can list out your jobscope, working hours, pay n opportunities, environment, n as many info as possible.

after i think long time, i now very frustrated. im thinking am i mental? i dunno why my frens always don talk with me. they always talk to themself. only me alone everytime. im sad or angry. then tonite dinner time, my aunty keep giving me pork+lard u know, the siu yuk with alot of fat. i hate it. makes me wan vomit everytime. but to them, is very nice. i duno wad is so nice about it lo. why ppl like eat lard? is so disgusting. they give me i take out the lard n only eat the meat. then they give me weird look. like why waste the lard??? am i special? haih i think i going to mental soon la.
a lot more things very sad in my life. no1 will help me. i hate myself sometimes.

anxiety attack

ive nvr felt like this before..

i usually surf lowyat and look at threads i found interested in. but now i click on alot of threads. alot of them just tickle my curiosity. and i always get frustrated waiting for webpages to load. once i cant wait anymore, ill just close it. and the next 10secs, ill open it again n wait. the process recycles and im wasting my time.

whenever i read posts, i cant seem to register wad i read..and i end up not understanding simple sentences and its making me reading it over n over again. i just realise it this morning. and im typing with my fingers shaking. im not sure whats going on with me.

i know i have alot of thoughts, question, problem on mind mind to to solved. but all of them is just too tense for me now. r they driving me nuts?

there might be more that i didnt write up upon this moment. my mind is having random thoughts at a high cycling rate.

need help. dont wanna go mad

ive just attended my 2nd interview. this job requires me to travel around with my own transport. and the claimables are unfair i think.

so heres wad the interviewer told me about the claimables

petrol - not by km, but hand in petrol receipts, and they will calculate based on my working hours - how do they calculate this??

car maintenance - will be paid monthly, but not sure how much.

toll & parking fees - CANT CLAIM. !?!? wad he told me was i wont be going places that require parking fees n toll. i was like HUH? cuz i was thinking what if under unavoidable situation that i really have to pay them? for exp, for a 2way journey 2(2 x 1.60 tolls)+(RM6 parking) thats almost like RM15 per trip.

phone usage - cant claim

i find them being unreasonable. are they supposed to pay for all those? i asked him about it and he seemed reluctant to negotiate.

The fragrance was designed to smell more virile thanks to the addition of pronounced dry woody notes conjuring up the evocation of fast and hard driving in a scorched desert atmosphere....

White Musk for Men is a clean musk cologne resting on a strongly smoky vetiver base. The smokiness is pushed to the point where it smells of burned tires and hot dry asphalt. It suggests a very masculine universe centering on the pleasures of car driving and culture. The vetiver here feels more urban than vegetal. A slight waxy nuance even suggests car wax.

There is a discreetly sweet floral facet (jasmine and lavender) to counterbalance the drier more petroleum-like notes and garage atmosphere.

The blend leaves a subtle taste of electricity and metal in the mouth, the latter impression due to the geranium leaves’ naturally steely-smelling facets. The blend however is not cold but rather hot and dry. The hotness becomes more softly warm in the longer drydown as the tonka bean releases its savory-sweet facets (the savoriness has been accented), balmy, and leathery overtones. The almost gourmand feel suggests the treat that it is to drive alone and at leisure.
The dryness and figurative elements of the composition suggests fast car driving with windows completely cranked down or, alternatively, in a convertible, perhaps in the South of France (light and crisp lavender), on a day that makes your throat feel parched and your lips sandy, yet you are reluctant to stop as you just want to feel free and step on the gas.

Top note is lavender; heart notes are geranium and crystal jasmine; base notes are vetiver, sandalwood, amber, musk, and tonka bean.
