We are strengthening our software product development capabilities and are now looking for Java software Architect to join our development teams in Kuala Lumpur. As a Java Software Architect, you play an important role in designing and architecture of our core solutions for the telecom industry. The positions are expert positions and require the successful candidates to have a software development background and be eager to keep technical knowledge up to date.

Key responsibilities include:
- Requirement gathering and analysis for software components
- Technical design and specifications preparation for software components
- Implementation, testing and troubleshooting of complex code.

Qualifications are:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology or computing (studies in telecommunications is a plus)
- Ideally 3-4 years experience in software development, for senior position 5+ years of experience
- Experience in UNIX scripting and knowledge of UNIX operating system
- Experience in Java, C/C++, and/or Perl
- Proven track record in Java EE/J2EE application development
- Demonstrated experience in designing and architecting enterprise Java applications with design patterns and OO methodologies
- Development knowledge in Java FW such as Struct, Hibernate, and Spring
- Web UI development with Ajax , JSP/JSF, Java servlet, and J2EE application servers
- Experience in advanced Web Graphical UI development for applications such as Geographical Information System(GIS), Computer Aided Design/Drawing(CAD), and graphic modeling, is preferred
- Familiarity with Eclipse or other Java IDE's
- Ability to influence technology and architectural direction
- Knowledge of Databases (RDBMS), SQL programming and Oracle
- Understanding of modern software development methodologies such as RUP, Scrum/XP, Agile
- System's integration technologies and protocols, especially using web services (SOAP)
- Experience and knowledge on telecom applications is considered an advantage
- Good written and spoken English
- Excellent customer-oriented and service-minded approach
- Ability to work on multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously
- International project and telecom experience is major advantage.

[HELP] How to remove BaiduBar.dll from PC

Recently i have run Avast Anti Virus to scan my system, i found out that it was infected by the following spyware.

Baidu.dll

Baidubar.dll

When i try to remove it, it still cannot remove by Avast Anti Virus.

I try to use Ad-Aware to remove the spyware, the Baidubar.dll will automatically restore even i deleted it successfully.

I try using other method also still the same problem

Anybody kind enough to teach me how to remove this annoying spywares will be much appreciated.

I NEED HELP.

YESTERDAY WHEN I TURN ON MY NOTEBOOK, I FOUND OUT THAT MY BUILT IN KEYBOARD GOT PROBLEM.

THE "J" CHARACTER KEEP ON TYPING ON THE SCREEN EVEN I DIDN PRESS THE "J" KEY AT ALL.

WHEN I OPEN WORD DOCUMENT, IT KEEP ON TYPING THE "J" KEY LIKE THAT.

THE "J"CHARACTER SHOWING NON-STOP.

IT IS POSSIBLE THE KEYBOARD SPOILT ALREADY ???

Today i just found out that my speaker cannot produce any sound when receive phone call.

So anybody know how much does it cost to repair a speaker ?

Just to survey 1st, don't want to get slaughter by handphone shop.

Last week , on 31 Aug 2006 , i open my first post to sell a minor faulty mobo at LYN.

I didn know about the minor faulty board can sell for how much, so i just let ppl offer the best price. I don't have stuff to test on it since i am using laptop. I just study in KL.

After wait for sometimes, there are few forumer interested on my mainboard.

The story goes like this.......

First buyer had PM me and offer me for RM 20.

Second buyer also offer for RM 20 but he want include shipping to Kedah.

Third buyer also contact me for RM 30.
I quite OK with this deal. So i told him that i not sure the mobo can use or cannot use. I agree to let him TEST before he pay.
Several PM have send out to tell my exact location. And i will wait for him to COD with me.

After sometimes, a fourth buyer PM me and offer for RM 30 also. But i told him that i reserved the board for the Third buyer.

Hence i put a reply at my post saying that item reserved

On Friday nite, 2 Sep 2006, fourth buyer added me in MSN.
And we have chat for sometimes, i know him very interested to buy my mobo.

He offer me for RM 30 if mobo cannot use,
but if mobo can use he will pay me another RM30.
Mean total is RM 30 + RM 30 if the mobo can use.

It mean he will pay me RM 30 on COD, after he TEST it OK, he will pay me another RM 30.

By the way, i had contact the third buyer and told him the truth, and he agree to cancel the deal with me. He is very considerate person.

So, on saturday 2 sep 2006, i just went Kelana Jaya LRT station to COD with him.

On the spot , he pay me for RM 30. and he tell me that on the following monday ( 4 sep 2006 ) he will give me the result of functionality of the board.

Hence, i just wait untill monday, I saw him online in MSN, i just ask him whether he got TEST the board or not. He just say give him sometimes as he had final exam .

I try to send him message in MSN when he online, but seem no reply at all.
He try to ignore my message.

I just want to know the result of functionality of the board.

If the mobo cannot use i only get RM 30, but if the mobo can use i will get another RM 30. As a result i get RM 60.

Did i get con , since he ignore my message and PM.
And don't even let me know the answer ???

Should I complain ? Anybody can help me ???

I bought this flash drive from LOW YATT Plaza PC shop
early this year, but now the flash drive got problem, cannot detect by windows XP, seem like spoilt oledi.

I plan to claim warranty from the shop, but the problem is i lost my receipt that i purchase this flash drive. but the serial number still valid right ???

So how can i going to claim warranty if i lost the receipt. ???
Where to find the supplier of SAN DISK ???

Anybody can help me solve this problem.
