hi all, i plan to get a landed properties (on-going project) around 200K, will put in 10% deposit..repayment maybe 30 or 35 years..

been looking around for loan, the thing is they have this so called term loan and flexi loan .. i got little understanding over these..

hi all, want to get a new PC, for home use.. will use this PC for some gaming, but not hardcore game, as long as can play some games like COD4, Crysis, gears of wars, bioshock, and some RTS.. no need to be super high resolution, as long as Ok and Not LAG...

then will do 24/7 torrent, so can recommend some low voltage stuff to save electric bills.

budget is low.. RM1500

Please recommend a Processor, Mobo, RAM, a 19"~20" LCD and graphics card..

dear all, i doing a website, the problem is i created a frameset, top and bottom, for both frameset, i going to insert jpeg, the problem is there is some spacing in the top and bottom frameset, how to make it stick together so my jpeg can stick as one?

drop down menu disappear after upload to hosting

i insert a drop down menu pointing at dreameweaver hotspot, so locally, when i press "preview in browser" everything is ok, but once i upload to my hosting site, the drop down menu disappear...

I using dreameweaver to create a website, i insert a jpeg as the webpage, and using hotspot at the button to link, now i want to create drop down menu on the hotspot..

the problem is when i click at behavior, there is no "show pop-up menu" option, (step 5), i try to install the plugin but still cannot, can anyone help? thanks !

how to make webpage based on jpeg?

hi all,

i need to do a webpage, the thing is the is someone who already designed the layout/button... but is just a big jpeg file, means everything in one jpeg...

now i want to turn it into a website, what is the best way? i know we can cut the big .jpeg into many small pieces and make them link.. but is there any program with function like facebook's "Photo"? that we can just tag one area and link it into another page?

i got a song, that is 6 mins long, but i only want 3 mins of it, what program can i use? usually i use mp3cutter but it is a trail version and only can cut up to 1 mins.

P4 can't start, fun turning, power led got

hi all,

got a p4 here, the problem is it can't be start, when on

1. cpu fan turining
2. power Led got
3. no normal "beep" sound, or beep code, bottm line no beep at all.
4. no display (monitor)

thing that i done so far,

1. clean RAM, change RAM, cannot
2. Change VGA card, cannot
3. unplug all PCI, hdd, flp, Left vga, ram, cpu, cannot also
4. take cpu out and put back, cannot

So i suspect, is either the mobo spoil or cpu, so far i dont have any extra cpu or mobo to test.

anyone got any idea? thanks!

i got a pentium 3 550mhz with p3 mobo and sd ram, but i want to change the casing to those P4 casing, those with USB port infront, but as i know P4 casing power supply is higher, so it is ok to fit my P3 cpu, mobo into a P4 casing? and how about the stabality? thanks!

sometime i read newspaper, mostly for IT job, especially those technical one, they stated "1st level support", "2nd level support" and "3rd level support". i understand the meaning is either support own staff or customer, but can anyone give the exact meaning for each level? thanks!
