Mobo can't boot

As topic above, when I power up my dekstop there's no display on monitor, no lights on num locks keyboard and mouse too.
Already tried troubleshoot each RAM and graphics cards, no problem on this. CPU fan is running as well.

I suspect is the mobo problem, but I want to know will it cause by the CMOS battery is dead?

i've tried google and fix as according to it, but still the error can't be solved.
anyone hv any idea??

after login at phpMyAdmin, the page bottom display;
The configuration file now needs a secret passphrase (blowfish_secret).

i already did put in value to
$cfg['blowfish_secret'] = 'holla';

but error still there...

hi,
anyone can recommend some scrub to scrub off death skin which appear on legs? it is dry till u can see the crack on it...
i tried to use vaseline and dry skin lotion, but it cant help... i cant frequent put the lotion coz it will caused itchyness sometimes...

i heard of sea salt, is it effective?

i have this unsecure feeling when going out shooting alone at quite place...coz sometimes i go up hills to shoot landscape...
just like yesterday..i went somewhere near my staying place to shoot sunset..there is a school on up hill...

so, i was enjoying shooting there..then here comes a guy with his dog for evening walk... somehow i got distracted from my concentration of shooting... i pay more alert later on...

just fyi.. im the only gal with the guy n his dog...although there's a school security guard, but he was 5-6 cars distance away...
feels like for girls shooting alone not so safe anymore...or just i have this hard feelings..

im exporting data from databind gridview to csv file...
the last column is datetime format...but csv file cant show it when i open up using excel...
i tried without exporting and view the datarow from gridview, the last column datetime is there..

duno where wrong....anyone face this problem b4?

transfered webpages to windows 2003 server

any help would appreciate much...

couple of days ago, i got to transfer my web project(ASP.NET) from windows XP to windows 2003 server.
after i did the same IIS configuration, folder sharing permission on 2003 server as the windows XP...
i get a prompt 'Enter Network Password' when i access the page(come from the subfolder of my main web project folder)...

meaning after i able to view and login to the webpage, and when go menu to select another page(target to new browser to open this page), the prompt dialog box will appear...'Enter Network Password'
though i can still view the page if i click cancel on the prompt....

but this is so irritating...
i am using http://server local ip address:port/webfolder/page.aspx to test...
all of our users are login to a domain which is same as windows 2003 server.

anyone experience on this...plz help...already search in google for about 4 days.....

Microsoft ASP.NET 2.0 AJAX Extensions 1.0

-Already create virtual directory at root directoty(Default Web Site)
-abcfolder is the subfolder in Default Web Site(has done create
virtual directory/remove but error still exist)

Error:

Upload/Download BLOP Files

hi,
anyone here have experience on doing asp.net website to upload and download/read Binary file from SQL?
i found one code example on this topic and try run it.

there's no problem when upload it to SQL database as BLOP file in Upload.aspx page,
but when i try view back the file from ViewAttachment.aspx page, it did not fully display
the whole data in :
1) txt file(if i upload .txt file) or
2) it gives me error when i open Acrobat file(if i upload Acrobat file) or
3) it prompt me ASCII Filter Options to choose character/Language and doesnt come out
the correct format of the actual file(if i upload Word/Excel Docs)

Here,s the table structure to keep the BLOP file:
Attachment_ID int(4)
FileName nvarchar(255)
FileSize real(4)
FileData image(16)
UploadDate datetime(8)
ContentType nvarchar(30)

window.opener all the while working fine without AJAX.
but when i want to value pass it into AJAX TabContainer, it is not working and with no error.

basically i created a crystal report using a table which located in server. i also create the ODBC DSN connection in order to use the table(not sure if this recommend to do it).

then in vb.net code i already pass in the login info, such as 'dbserver,dbuser,dbpassword,dbname'.
