Problem when i do cardio

heres my problem..approximately 4-5min into my jog on the treadmill i will feel pain on the right hand side of my stomach followed by pain on the whole lower section of my stomach..sometime on the left too(all at the same time)..initially i put it down to me eating about 5 hours before running so i just pushed through the pain cause this problem happens now and again..now it seems everytime i run i will encounter this pain

im guessing this has something to do with my appendicts..u guys got any opinions on this?or should i consult a doctor?really sucks to have to go through the pain everytime..

the topic of bodybuilding comes up and this girl says "muscular guys are just disgusting. i like fit guys, but sometimes less fit ones are the best. they're so sweet and adorable.

there are plenty of girls who say that they like skinny guys or that bodybuilders are gay and insecure etc.What are ur opinions on this?

i did this for the 1st time today..freaking hard!..was sweating like crazy and almost puked.. my time was 35min58sec..the goal is to finish this in 20min..recommended not more than 3 times per week..done with little or no rest between each exercise..i was gone by the clean and press part..

# 25 Pullups
# 50 Deadlifts at 135 pounds
# 50 Pushups
# 50 Box jumps with a 24-inch box
# 50 "Floor wipers" (a core and shoulders exercise at 135 pounds)
# 50 "Clean and press" at 36 pounds
# 25 Pullups

well heres my situation..im about to finish 6weeks of supersetting 5days a week and im thinking of cutting now..problem is im worried i might lose muscle mass to achieve a ripped look(more visible abs is the most important)..ive tried searching around for some cutting programmes but cant really find any..im no doing any cardio whatsoever now..so in my mind cutting=high intensity cardio with some weight lifting thrown in..but im think im wrong..

Body fat%:21.7%

im targeting 14% body fat to have more visible abs..

ok heres my story...im kinda in a LDR relationship(shes my ex from 4 years ago but we just got back last month)..well we stay about 30mins car drive away from each other but neither of us has a car...so we end up meeting each other like once a month..we do talk on the phone and online everyday...i will be getting my car in 2 months time(probably end of november)..heres the dilemma part..im worried our relationship wont last till then...i have talked to her a few times about this and everytime her answer will be "dont worry,ill sure wait for you"..maybe its just me being insecure/over thinking but its always in the back of my mind that she will go for another guy in this time period..

i know its kinda lame dilemma to be starting a thread about but hopefully maybe some of u guys have gone through this kinda LDR relationship can help me out here..this is only my 2nd LDR relationship(1st was also with her albeit we were young and naive at that time)..

well UTP intake for petroleum eng is next jan and i cant wait that long for a place in the uni which i probably wont get into..anyways i was browsing other uni and i found that through ADP at HELP UC or INTI i can actually study petroleum eng in a 2+2 programme..im just not sure how this works cause i took A-Levels for pre-u..anyone can help me on this matter?
