Hi, i am not trying to go for a dispute here but instead I would like to see whether I am able to get myself a better solution here.

As we know there will be a free Window 7 upgrade program for those who purchase either lappies or pcs that come with either Vista Home Premium or Ultimate after 26th June 2009. My problem here is I bought a lappy on 30th June 2009 with Vista Home Basic and the seller failed to notify me about this program and he did tell me that the if I were to upgrade to Home Premium it would only cost me rm30.

As a buyer, I should have done my research beforehand and i know I should be partly blamed for not finding out the promotion sooner but I cant help to think that if only the seller did tell me before(and he should have in my opinion) then I only had to pay rm30 for an upgrade and I will manage to get a free window soon enough. I am kinda upset and sad knowing that I should have been able to join in the promotion as I purchased that lappy on 30th for slight rm30.

In this case what do you think I can do? I will not be revealing the seller name until I am seeing the suggestion people will be giving out here.

Just got myself a toshiba lappy with vista home basic recently and i hope sifus here can help to solve my problems.

1. it seems like my lappy always restarts when i go for shut down. what is wrong with my lappy?

2. Now i only have one local disk C and i wish to creat another local disc. How possible can i do it?

2. Last question has nothing to do with vista, but since there are many pros here, i figure it should be a great idea asking it here. I wanna use ppstream and i have downloaded the program from its website but when i tried to watch programs at it website, while the message requesting me to install the program is no longer available, the show just wont load and when i press the play button it will quickly switch to the same play button and not the pause button. anyone knows how to solve it?

I am now trying to scan something using Microsoft Office Document Scanning but to my dismay the scanned result is always some documents in black background while the words are in white. how can i change the background to white and the words to black? please help as I have to email something b4 5.

I am currently trying to apply for a scholarship and I am required to prove myself should I join any clubs. But as we all know, we wont get the certificate of membership(i am only a normal member)until we graduate(I think? Still havent received any as I am a first year second sem student).

So how can I prove it if I have joined certain clubs? Any ideas?

ually accessing www.unimap.edu.my is super fast using my pc.

but today i realize something amiss when the speed is very damn slow. i notice the weird site at the bottow left corner of firefox when it is loading and i see many weird sites unrelated to unimap like www.chinabnr.com and www.pingbnr.com. i google up those sites and found out that they are injected sites according to

Wooh. Hopefully this thread will serve as an info hub for anything related to dragon quest series.

I have been interested in this series more than ff and i have been looking forward to the castle in the sky trilogy after completing dragon warriors I and III(well, still in process of completing dw II) but there was no news until now!!

Finally Dragon Quest IV, V and VI have been announced for USA and they will certainly see the light in USA.

Dragon Quest IV Chapters of The Chose has been slated for release at September 26, 2008.
