Printing an A2 size poster

guys, not sure if this is the right place to post, but cant seem to find a more suitable place..does anyone know how much it would cost to print an A2 sized poster?

went to a shop a few days back and he quoted me rm35 or rm18 if i print more then 10 copies..an A3 sized poster would only cost rm4..reason is that, the person told me an a2 poster would require a completely different printer..anyone can verify this?

XBOX 360 controller for windows

guys,i just got myself the xbox 360 controller today that was supposed to be compatible with windows..i installed the driver and everything was fine..thing is,i plugged in the controller and the pop up says USB device not recognized..ive tried reinstalling the driver and restarting the pc but to no effect..anyone using the same product?

Phone menu simplified

guys,im using a nokia 6120

i just noticed that my menu list has suddenly been reduced to messages,settings,contacts,logs,data manager and etc.all folder created by me on the menu list is gone..this includes the gallery icon which was inside another folder..profile icon is also missing..ringtones has changed to default ones..

no new software were installed and i didnt connect to my computer either..might just be some combination of buttons i pressed while the phone was unlock in my pocket..

i checked that the card is detected and files in my gallery is still intact through file explorer..is this a setting problem or anything else?

Indoor sports photo

guys..i just got myself a nikon D80 which i bought primarily to snap photos of planes..so the other day i tried bringing it to snap pictures of my friends and i playing futsal,the pictures turned out blur and being new to DSLRs,i just didnt know what settings to use..

shutter speed should be high right?how about ISO settings and modes?cant seem to get the right settings and i ended up not taking any pictures..another thing is the camera focused on the court nettings instead of the players in the court..does this mean i have to use manual focus?

the court is not too bright with the typical spotlights used for futsal courts..will be going again next week andhopefully,get some nice pictures..would appreciate any help or tips..

crash course needed

guys..ill be going for the thunderbirds airshow at subang tomorrow..managed to borrow my friends nikon D80..problem is..im clueless on what settings to used to catch those fast moving planes..here are some suggestions i got from other forums..

On Friday morning, a guy standing next to me with a D90 asked me the same question. I suggested putting it into sport mode and shoot. TK said, "why not whack it into P mode and bump up the ISO a bit"...

use Av mode: f/8, EV:-0.3, ISO100. if not sure, just follow TK advice, P mode, EV:-0.3, ISO200.

i know how to change the ISO but other then that im completely lost..anyone mind giving me a super fast crash course?

Problem starting

guys..this morning i drove to class in my car and a few hours later,the car just wouldnt start..no clicknig sounds whatsoever..no sounds at all..lights on the dashboard were all on..suspected a weak battery and noticed that battery water level was very low..tried restarting the engines and still no result..battery light indicator on the dashboard was on but faint..

funny thing is,i tried to turn on the lights and when i off-ed them,the car could start..now im not sure if the problem is related to a weak battery or a faulty alternator since ive been told by a workshop that my alternator is kong-nig already..

Prototype graphic problem

Pc hanged and stopped working

guys..i was in the middle of surfing when my pc hanged all of a sudden..restarting didnt work as the furthest it went was at the loading windows screen before a bluescreen appeared for awhile and the computer restarted..safe mode doesnt work either..will formating the drive help?or is the drive the problem itself?its quite a new hard disk..about 2 moinths old only..anything else i can check?

Network connection problem

guys..a friends pc has been having this problem for sometime where he cant connect to the internet but LAN connections between pcs are ok..he was wondering if it was a problem with his network card or just some settings he needed to sort out..how do i check?he is using a 'dial-up' streamyx where he has to enter a password and username b4 hes able to go online..his laptop had no problem connecting though with the same line..

well guys,ive been looking for some games where u can casually play and not have to think so much like dota,pes or cod...currently playing rollercoaster tycoon for that 'relaxing' role and since im going to finish the game,thought i would like to find something else..those kinds of games where leaving your computer or playing while reading a book wouldnt affect the game much..but still fun to play..any suggestions?weird eh my request?

Deleting Start-up objects

guys,a very simple question here..was just wondering how can i change the objects that starts automatically in my system tray when the pc first starts?some of them like skype and msn allows me to disable the 'start automatically thing' but most of the other softwares dont..is there a way to minimize the number of application there when the pc turns on?

guys,awhile back..i was playing a game on my pc and suddenly it hanged..something that hsnt happened before..i restarted my pc but the thing is,the pc runs but nothing is shown on the screen..even the mouse light is not on..anything i can check for?

finally i changed to slot 1 and 4 and now it works fine..so what possibly is the problem?
