Mac app headers

Does anyone know where I can find the Mac app header files for (as many as possible) AppleScript, ApplicationServices, Multiprocessing API, Carbon Events, Apple Events, Cocoa? They are like windows headers, but for the Mac.

Thanks

[No idea now]Why StreamyX is slow

There is no official announcement past March 17.
I am no longer using Tm Net's excellent "service", so if anyone finds any solid news, please PM me as I have no idea what is going on.

This test was conducted on Monday, March 27 at 10:00 am, the transfer speed after downloading 20MB of the Knoppix Linux LiveCD, IP range of 218.111.*.*
Germany - 30 kbps
Austria - 25 kbps
Hungary - 40 kbps
Netherlands - 30 kbps
USA - 20 kbps
Singapore - 105 kbps

11 am, Singapore down to 40 kbps, the rest are the same speed.

Rumors are
1) Tm Net has "a broken international line", fixed April 2006
2) Tm Net is upgrading, fixed May 2006
3) Tm Net is capping users and giving them normal speed in the wee hours of the morning
4) Some people are completely unaffected

Official TM NET announcement
http://isp.tm.net.my/html/news_details.cfm...&type=News&pg=1
"International link outage since March 12, expected to be fixed on March 17"
Rumors
StreamyX might be upgrading their main line from 2x155mbps to 1gbps
BT Protocol Encryption may help you

Any variation in speed, at different hours in different places, is therefore completely random. The variation in speed between BitTorrent clients and encryption is random. Nothing is wrong with your BitTorrent client, it is just that the majority of BitTorrent users are in USA and China. Why some people have normal speed yet another mystery. TM Net has announced this a bit late, but I guess it's sort of accurate. The initial paragraph states that it affects our link with Taiwan, China and the United States, but due to some sort of oversight (or lack of censoring thereof), in the middile it only states Taiwan and China. It does not say anything about the rest of the world, but the international line is currently very slow.

I've decided to make this thread so no one has to sift through all those posts. Please PM me with any developments (or mistakes I may have made) on the situation rather than clutter this thread. In each update, the items added within the last 2-3 days will be bold, for easier reading. If anything looks wierd, and I edited it in the last 10 mins, please refresh again in a few mins as I am still editing, trying to get it right.

Confirmed
-The problem has been officially announced on March 12
-The problem is expected to be fixed on/by March 17
-218.111.*.* has a (comparatively) faster international download speed
-There is a problem with Streamyx, affecting the international link (see top)
-A TM Net technician stated that there is no traffic shaping in place (see top)
-The problem varies from time to time, in different areas
-Some people are completely unaffected
-Streamyx is not following the ISP reliability rule, which makes it legal for a customer to take TM Net to court if it's service is not operational 95% of the time and consistently deny it. (Hint hint)

Unconfirmed
-Traffic shaping
-PE has any effect on transfer speed
-The problem affects p2p more because we open more connections
-A techician told me that the international line will be fixed by 22nd March but I am not sure if that is true or not scince the rest deny anything is wrong.

Thoughts
-Traffic shaping is unlikely as some people are completely affected
-The problem might be the international line
-If p2p is blocked, a significant portion of Streamyx users will move to the first available isp
-Jaring does not allow p2p (for wireless only).PenangFON is an alternative, but not widely available. Wired jaring is available, but not very popular.
-http://torrent2ftp.com was good, but now even the FTP speed is slow. If your line is in a good state, you might want to consider this, but it's limited to 1gb for free accounts. This is much more reliable than Streamyx.

I'm trying to make this thread, so people can look at it quickly rather than sift through 50+ pages in 2 seperate threads. All developments will be updated in this post, by editing.
