i bruised my ankle on last sunday.. reason, football
its actually urat yang bengkak, according to tukang urut..
barely can walk after that until today oso cant walk properly...

now need to recover faster coz tmrw need to go to langkawi for family vacations...

so , what's d best methods to do?
by putting some ice? or sapu minyak only?
is putting some ice is good? coz i heard that ice is not good for urat..

Partition gone after using Norton Partition Magic

as titled, one of my partition gone after i used Norton partition magic..
i have C,D,E,and F...
D is my boot..C is System..
so i try to merge partition C and F...
it didnt succeed and i lost my C and F partition..
when restart,i cant boot to windows coz some dll file are missing...

what to do?
format? repair? and how to recover the partition back?

situation: i've changed the drive letter for my C: drive (that contains all file system )
after reboot, i cannot enter win XP again saying that NTLDR is missing..
i know that the bios point is changed already (original was D: then change to C:)

how to solve this? now im using ubuntu to online and posting this problem
help please...

hi all...
this is new to me..
i noticed that everytime i download a file (eg a mp3), i cannot see the data downloaded.. i mean how much it's been downloaded n how much left to complete...the situation goes to firefox,chrome n also opera..
to make the situation clearer, if u suing firefox to download,the download box will appear and it will show the data we downloaded rite? in my case, i cant see any until it finished the download then the box will appeared..

the screenshot, i've downloaded zee avi's album..i know its in d way of downloading, but i cant see it been download in the circle..after it finished, barulah i can see the data..

2nd pic, the album finished download di..but i cant see the download progress...

what should i do to fix this?

oh ya..the other hosting also like that..not only rapidshare,ziddu,mediafire,savefile, also like that...

i subscribed Celcom broadband D68 for almost 2 months already
so far, there's no big problem with that

but today, my roommate borrowed celcom broadband from his friend
since then, my speed decreased a lot!
torrent and direct download also slow

so, i wonder why is that happened?

help me guys...
i just downloaded a crack for software and then my pc got virus already!
its my fault not scan it 1st....
but now i think the virus has been removed..
but my registry still at damage
i need to re-enable manually some setting in the registry...
example: my computer only shown 1 partition but i have 3 partition there....

but, i cannot repair this one

in da circle, should be "Show All Program" rite..?
but its gone now...
any ways to repair it?

but when i use opera or IE, i can login into it smoothly..

i got this really weird problem on my laptop...
hope u all can help me...

it was like dis....
im using wireless network for internet..
and at my college, there's only 2 server dat provided da internet...

one server need to use proxy and username.. [Server A]
another one didnt need dat.. [Server

da problem is when i wanna to log in into yahoo messenger...
when using server A, i put in da proxy and username..
and its working..

but, when i changed to another server,[server , i removed all da proxy setting..
but i cant log in into my ym...

dat's da problem here...

my rumate's laptop also used servers same as me..
the difference is he can switched to any server and log in into ym

only i cant do dat....

anyone know why...?

i've just installed pidgin last nite after formatting my laptop...
and its work properly..

but today, i can use it anymore..
dunno y..
each time i get connected, error message displayed..
i cant do anything...

uninstalled it and downloaded da latest version...
but it still happened...
n seems like it using da setting from da previous installation...

anyone help me....???
