Hi guys, im new in this. Kindly help me.
If i want to buy a used car from the direct owner, do i need to pay deposit to the owner so he will give me all the documents for change name and do inspection at PUSPAKOM and endorsemet at JPJ ? Or i need to give out full payment? I feel not secure if give out full payment, is there any black and white documents i need to get after giving out full payment?

Is the seller responsibilty to ensure puspokom approval?

2nd question: How much it will cost me for the PUSPAKOM inspection and JPJ endorsement? Do i need agent to do it for me? If i need where can i find them?

3rd question: I dont know how to check the car and engine, can i hire some one to check it for me ?
